The UK are very nice to everybody. It is usually the odd 1-3% of Brexiteers and really patriotic Brits that won't be.
When my grandparents came to the UK, from India, during 1950-1977, they all said, they were very welcomed. Even one woman came up to my mum and me and said, "I am so sorry how Britain did with the India-Pakistan border."

Another man came up to me and started to speak fluent Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi. I know a bit of Urdu, I speak fluent Punjabi, and Hindi is very similar to Punjabi.

I have only been bullied once, in my school. ONCE! Just because of my religion.

Also I have met so many people in the UK and we all open the doors for each other, unless we hate that person. We always go "after you." The UK is really a good country, you will 98.5% likely be welcomed. It depends where you go and what you do. Now personally (and this can't just be my opinion) either these are people who have had bad school/work experiences, or have never visited the country. I definitely agree with UK, Aus and Canada being top 3 because everyone I've met from these countries is usually just lovely.

Yeah! I'm a British girl and so many people in the UK are so gentle and kind! Screw the negative stereotypes! I definitely agree! (Not arrogant, just from my point of view! )
