Top Ten Funniest 2014 Halloween Costumes

I've seen a fair share of funny costumes this year.

The Top Ten

1 Low Budget Man

I helped my friend make this one because he didn't have a costume. He got a trash bag and cut some letters out of paper then taped the letters, which formed the words "low budget man" onto the trash bag and wore it as a cape.
