Soos totally deserves the number one spot on this list. He's made me laugh more than any Gravity Falls character.

Mabel Pines is one of the lead characters of the Disney XD animated series Gravity Falls. The character is voiced by Kristen Schaal, and designed by the series creator, Alex Hirsch. She is inspired by Hirsch's own twin sister, Ariel Hirsch. She is a caring, boy-crazy 12 year old girl that spent the summer in the strange town of Gravity Falls, Oregon. She is very emotional and cares a lot for her brother Dipper. Mabel just says the funniest, craziest things and her endless energy just makes her unbelievably hilarious. Her lines are just the best and I laugh every time
I just don't get it. Stan IS the best character, but Mabel is the funniest. What is wrong with you guys?
