Egnomac's Loud House Review Season 1 Episode 2A - Heavy Meddle
egnomac Now my next Loud House episode review Heavy Meddle, Lincoln attempts to hide from his sisters that he;s being bullied and of course they find out and insist on helping.The episode begins with Lincoln being bullied and pranked by an unknown bully he's pantced, his shoelaces are tied together and trips, is tricked into sitting on a whoopee cushion and opens his locker to have garbage fall on him all while the students point and laugh at him, as he walking home with Clyde he tells him that he plans on confronting his bully in front of his house at 3:30 Clyde then notices a note on Lincoln's head attached with gum saying Lame O now Lincoln doesn't want his sisters to know that he's being bullied other wise they get involve and make things worse we the cut to montage of his sisters "helping" him we see Lori shoving a thermometer in his mouth followed by Lisa using an enormous X-ray machine and zaps Lincoln then Luna and Luan who's dresses like Robin Williams character from Patch Adams and they wrap him in bandages then Leni comes in with hot soup and sills it on him burning him and Luna and Luan return to wrap him in even more bandages and Lincoln explains that it was all because of a small paper cut.
Lincoln then attempts to sneak in and remove the gum from his hair without his sisters knowing he slowly walks past Lily who is playing before being stopped by Lori yelling hold it right there only to find out she was talking on her cell phone as he makes his way to the kitchen looking to get the gum out with peanut butter and Luna walks in he sticks his head his head in one of the drawers to hide the gum he grabs the pudding giving it to Luna he finds the jar of peanut butter only to find it empty then rants about people putting empty jars back in the fridge he makes his way back and over hears Lori who's still talking on the phone and hears her say cut it out so he grabs the scissors and heads upstairs and is stopped by Luan who tells him a joke but gives the punch line first which he doesn't get and she says she's still working on the set up, he makes his way to his room and is stopped by his mother who orders him to take out the trash and he tells her 5 minutes and of course she responds with not 5 minutes now as he continues to protest dad then yells at him to listen to his mother so he has no choice but to do so, as he takes the trash out Leni walks in and he puts the trash can led on his head to cover the gum Leni asks if hes seen her desk lamp and he tells her to check her desk then she notices the trash can lid on his head and he tells her a lie about it being the latest fashion trend which she buys and later tries it out herself as Lincoln returns to his room he is stopped by Lisa who notices the gum in his hair and concludes that someone has been picking on him he begs her not to tell the others and assumes that she promises him after telling him that "there's not enough room for her brain for such tomfoolery" he finally gets to his room and as he's cutting the gum off Lynn barges down the door along with the other sisters and shouts "Your being picked on"
Lincoln shocked that Lisa told them but then she says what she actually said was "There was not enough room in her brain for his secret so she transferred it to Lynn who's brain apparently has ample room" long story short she told Lynn who told everyone else now that they all know he's being bullied they suggest several ways at getting back at the bullies Lola suggests he tell the principle, Lori suggests texting an embarrassing photo of him and show it to all his friends, Luan says he should tell insult comedy to him Lynn says he should fight him, Lunas then suggests slamming two cymbals together at him, Luan also suggests more insult jokes, and Lola suggests inviting the bully to a tea party and make him use the chipped cup. Minutes later Lynn comes in with a random kid thinking he's the bully and the girls all surround him with Lori stating "How dare you bully our brother only we get to do that" Lincoln stops the whole thing stating the guy isn't his enemies but thanks to his sisters he is now Lynn then attempts to get another boy then Lincoln fesses up and says his bully isn't a boy its a girl.
The girls a shocked by the news and start screaming in joy and embrace Lincoln even Lisa joins in Luna then says "Lincoln why didn't you tell us you had a girlfriend!" Lincoln is obviously confused with them Lori states that when a girl picks on you it could only mean one thing she likes him but Lincoln protests saying she hates him and even states that she stuffed a sandwich down his pants which they just see it as being romantic go fig, he then states that he's meeting the bully today to give her a piece of his mind Lori then tells him he should give her a piece of his heart instead and Leni suggest maybe he should kiss her the sisters all begin voicing their solution and eventually form a sister tornado as Lincoln shuts himself in his room calls Clyde and tells him about the situation including his sisters telling him the bully actually likes him Clyde then states that they may be right while Linc continues to convince him that they're never right then decides to test their theory he opens the door and the sisternado stops he states that his taking a chance and decides to kiss her instead making all the sisters super excited.
As Lincoln meets with the bully while his sisters watch from the window in anticipation he kisses her and is punched while his sisters with the exception of Lucy cringes, Lincoln storms back in really pissed at his sisters for getting involved as they all try to apologize he shouts at them not to meddle again in his business while in his room a rock flies in through the window with a note from the bully apologizing or the black eye moments later she sends him a steak for his eye and with another note with her number and her name is reveled to be Ronnie Anne Lincoln then realizes that his sister may have been right after all though there's no way he'll let his sisters know and the episode ends.
In conclusion I wouldn't necessary call it a good episode while The sisters had good intentions in wanting to help Lincoln with his bully problem they should have at least respected him enough to not get involved after he specifically told them over and over again to not meddle while not a great episode Its still an OKAY episode it still had plenty of funny moments with the sisters giving their opinions on how he should deal it and even though his sisters got involved he should at least be a little grateful that they care enough to want to help him when he has problems instead of not caring that he's being bullied, also note worthy its the first time the parents voices are herd all off screen and its the first mention of Ronnie Anne.
