The Top Ten
1 Kermit The Frog Kermit the Frog is a Muppet character and Jim Henson's most well-known creation. Introduced in 1955, Kermit is the straight man protagonist of numerous Muppet productions, most notably Sesame Street and The Muppet Show, as well as in movies, specials, and public service announcements through the years. ...read more.

Kermit's always seemed to be the wisest muppet. The songs 'rainbow connection' and 'it's not easy being green' had so much empathy and impressed me growing up - and now. Kermie is still at it!

Kermit is the most awesome dude on the planet. seriously. He's great. I don't know why the world isn't more appreciative of this guy. I love him.

I often have a rare opinion to choosing the main character as my favourite character but Kermit is just so awesome! How can you not love him!

I love Kermit. He always puts a smile on my face.

2 Gonzo

Gonzo has always been my favorite Muppet. No one knows much about him, just like the fact that no one knows me very well. He's awesome and a daredevil, just like me. On top of that in Muppet Babies, he really seems to like science fiction stuff.

He's not my favorite, but in Muppet Babies on Disney Jr he wants ranch dressing on his pancakes and to get shot In a cannon.

Gonzo's maddness represents what is best about the muppets, maddness!

A funny out of space loony! Should be number one

3 Animal (The Drummer)

I'm in love with this guy. His constant yelling, running after women, and awesome drum playing made him one of my favorite characters.

DRUM! DRUM! DRUM!
Calm down, Animal.
In control.
It's hard, but Animal wins.

4 Miss Piggy Miss Piggy is a Muppet character known for her breakout role in Jim Henson's The Muppet Show. Since her debut in 1976, Miss Piggy has been notable for her volatile diva personality, tendency to use French phrases in her speech, and practice of karate.

She is like the loud obnoxious pig who is stuck up and jealous like when Kermit was talking to another girl and she said not my man because she is married to him

Miss Piggy has remained hilarious throughout the decades!

Bork Bork Bork! How could you not love the Swedish chef?

6 Fozzie Bear Fozzie Bear is a Muppet character known for his lack of innate and effective comedy skills. Fozzie is an orange-brown bear who often wears a brown pork pie hat and a red and white polka dot necktie.

Fozzie is funny because he tries to be funny but fails. If that doesn't make sense, well neither do his jokes.

Why so low?! Fozzie is hilarious!

7 Beaker

Beaker is one of those characters that stand out (especially when he gets electrocuted, turns on fire, etc.) he is a fun lovable character

Beaker is so flip pin' funny
