Without a doubt, yes. That is, unless kids are still stupid enough in 2017 to still waste their money on the deadbeat Just Dance franchise. Seriously, people still play Just Dance? They're the same games every year! In stark contrast, Super Mario Odyssey manages to go back to its roots of being a 3D sandbox exploration game while putting its own spin (literally) on 3D Mario games with the new Capture feature and setting the bar high for the Mario franchise's creativity and innovation. It would be a delight if this game or at least any other game can finally destroy Just Dance's undeserved winning streak.
