The Top Ten Greatest Games Showcased from E3 in 2017
Mario can now possess anything. That is awesome. I may have to get a Switch soon before October.
Catchiest song in the world
Yes! another Super Mari game, Yes! another reason to buy a Nintendo Switch, Yes! it looks just as fun as all the previous games. Yes! a dinosuar in the trailer to think of something else instead is Odyseey.
How many of you expected Beyond good and Evil 2 to appear at all in Ubisoft's conference? I'm assuming that number was a minimal of 10%, if you actually saw it coming than I applaud you, but for the rest of the 90% got a real big surprise shocker. Then you were treated to possibly the best moment of the entire E3 is by seeing this game, and not knowing that it is indeed the long awaited sequel to another underrated classic.
Its no lie I pretty said I had very high expectations for the second, and man does it look good or what. It plays more like a battlefield game which is not bad by any means. Th difference between the two will be vast, and yet greater than we could imagine. Playing as Darth Maul looks like a blast as they showed. 3 different eras in one game no matter what I'm getting this game because I'm a die hard Star Wars fan.
This game might be epic!
It's like Arkham with the Spiderman twist. It looks really solid! I just hope Insomniac can pull off a good and interesting story to coincide with it as well.
The game everyone went nuts, and praise just got a lot more interesting, web to web with very unique style combination of story, while using gameplay that works great, and very well gets the W for me sony.
My first impression when I saw this was like huh when it was on the games we look forward to, and despite it showing a good few seconds was just enough for me to give it a liking, and being kinda invested in its cartoon gameplay like style that definitely stands out.
With a more southern setting approach it at least expands from the previous game.
Metro for the most part felt very underrated as a series, for Microsoft to open, and Start with a Metro game was very interesting. It looks fun, and could very well be a not only solid, but has a great chance of being the best in it series which might be a bit of a tough task.
Kratos is back, and better than ever? Well the story seems a bit far from anything we have seen before which is good, this game introduces his son which I find incredibly different already. For those fans mythology then you'll most likely love this game, or play the previous before jumping into this one.
The scene where Kratos and his son encounter the huge serpent was just awesome. I could feel my speakers rumble when the serpent spoke.
I'm still super excited for this.
I thought it was fine for what it did, but hey the fanbase likes it enough I had no problem with it appearing twice.
By far the best
Making its first appearance two years ago which was exciting to say the least. No appearance last year who knows why, and then it returns one last time with great approval of having Terry Crews is somewhat fitting if there ever would be a crackdown movie he would be the dude in the cover lol. The game looks insanely fun, and has great potential to surpass the 2nd game.
The new gameplay demo gets me really excited and it's nice to see some good dialogue and animation from the characters. It reminds me a bit of Uncharted in a way. I'll be picking this up day one for sure.
This takes stealth combined with horror and it is awesomely executed. I liked it when it first appeared, the second time around just as satisfying.
Anyone that's a fan of the franchise, and or this anime series may want to play this game, and have it in their collection of other anime fighting games.
Xenoverse is cool and all but it would be nice to have a normal 2D fighter like the Budokai games, and it looks like this will be just that.
Yeah that's right you heard me right, there is a 4th game going to be on the switch. Although we know little of it it does get us excited for this epic series.
All we needed was that confirmation and we were set. Good job Nintendo!
METROID PRIME 4
I got so excited when I saw the "4"
A lot of people loved the first game, let's see what the 2nd game has in store.
Hey if Bethesda could treat games like Prey, Doom, & Quake with great games. Then Wolfenstein is in that category. While the new order was very alright, I think based on what I have seen the second one it seems to possibly be better.
Turok meets Jurassic world, lol I mean that's I can see while watching this.
Literally the South Park game people have anticipated for 7 years now as the sequel to the awesome Stick of Truth may just be as good.
Takes action RPG's into a unique way, while the first was very okay. I do see why people like these type of games.
Looking forward to hearing Lower Brinstar again
This game shows off its kind of 2 player aspect with you, and your in this case (cell mate). It was a game I had no idea what it was, but hey you made an impression to me despite the majority of E3 games being of Sports.
Looks good, a solid game for the series perhaps.
Some people may hate this idea, and I totally understand, but I only really liked the trailer because it had humor, but also rock music well done Ubisoft you totally shocked me this year.
Yes that's right, for those who loved Life is Strange will probably like this just as equally.
I gotta say of all remakes I've seen the past year this one looks the best, stunning visuals, and a classic from the PS2 era.
Yeah I know another Kirby game, but we have no idea what this one is suppose to be, or what it is really from the little we seen.
Okay think Halo meets Titanfall to a certain extent with a lot of flying involved, and tiny bit of shooting, and that's your game. I mean I thought it was good enough because of how great it shows off the 4K of the XBX.
I'm not the biggest fan of MMO's, but this one might be good for the XBX.
Naw I did not see it in any of the conferences so I'm not sure about that one.
First thought is that I thought it was going to be Alpha Genesis. Wow was I wrong on that one. Nevertheless a game with a lot of polygons in the background in a way stands out hopefully it doesn't turn into crap. I've played games that have polygons, and they tend to suck.
Yes! a release date, Yes! Quake for the PC gamers, Yes! It looks amazing.
Okay think anime mix it with what feels like Dark Souls, and that's your game, cool concept I bet the anime fans wanna try this.
For those who either saw the privatized conference from the publishers of the games then you are a gaming god who stays passed 2 a.m, but maybe you caught it at some point on the PC show, and seen a bit of it. It looks just as fun as the early games with its arcade shooting like style.
Last year I felt meh on this game, this year changed my entire opinion. A futuristic setting in Detroit, and these renegade androids running rampant is a pretty cool concept I can't lie to that.
Well that's my bad I meant Will of the Wisps, just seeing made me go at least that got the proper hype considering how great the first one was.
Yes I had pick between two pirate games I slightly prefer this one. I mean your fighting ships in this one compared to just running with a gun in Sea of Thieves, and as you saw with that game weird buggy framerate, and or slow reloading. Not the type of game I like, where this it actually would not be that annoying.
You know what this reminds me of, some steam game (I can't seem to remember its name) with the same concept eliminate everyone until you're the last one standing. I mean if I wanted to play something like this I'd make it PC only personally.
Okay its not a sequel, but its more of a spinoff kind of game, but doesn't look that bad as you would think.
It takes place in a futuristic setting (like a lot of games shown this year). It feels more like a gravity type game which I hate to use, but that's the common gist I seem to get right here.
Looks intense, but learning from the first game I'm not gong to rush my way to buy this game like I did 3 years ago.
Racing games lately have been very alright, but not as predictable as sport games. Seeing this game I felt well I have not played the first game, but the 2nd one might be just as fun.
Its been 5 years since the last Marvel vs. Capcom, and well it looked alright to me. Not a big standout, but hey for those who love fighting games I say here you go.
This looks very sickish cool, like the whole setting seems great, top it off with the cool character design I think people show look at the trailer seriously it looks epic.
I think I meant the expansion for this game, but yeah it looks fun for a boarding game.
This game looks great, your fighting in a sorts 3rd person type of way, and the characters stand out who cool looking they are in the trailer.
It resembles some show from Cartoon Network, which fits with its style of gameplay.
