These shows above are really good, but, I think they need deserved more credit.

Based on the children's book series of the same name by Jane O'Connor, the show features a young girl named Nancy who loves all things fancy and teaches viewers about the French language and culture. The series has been commended for its educational aspects as well as its positive portrayals of family and friendship.
2 Good Luck Charlie Good Luck Charlie is an American sitcom that originally aired on Disney Channel from April 4, 2010, to February 16, 2014. The series' creators, Phil Baker and Drew Vaupen, wanted to create a program that would appeal to entire families, not just children.

Invader ZIM is not underrated (favorite show and I am saying this) Hey Arnolnd is popular, As for this show, it has a lot of fans so it can't be underrate it is more popular than The Loud House

I just started watching this show and it's pretty good. I like that Randy learns some kind of lesson in each episode but there's action and great humor as well. Too bad it wasn't popular enough to renew for a third season, right?

8 T.U.F.F. Puppy T.U.F.F. Puppy is a cartoon created by Butch Hartman. It ran on Nickelodeon from October 2, 2010 until April 4, 2015. It focused on Dudley Puppy and his partner Kitty Katswell as they protected Petropolis under the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force, or T.U.F.F.

Its actually mid underrated and mid overrated

12 Hey Arnold Hey Arnold! is an American animated television series created by Craig Bartlett that aired on Nickelodeon from October 7, 1996 to June 8, 2004. The show centers on a fourth grader named Arnold, who lives with his grandparents in an inner-city boarding house.
13 Wild Kratts Wild Kratts is an American-Canadian educational children's animated series created by Chris and Martin Kratt.

14 Code Lyoko Code Lyoko is a French animated television series created by Thomas Romain and Tania Palumbo and produced by Moonscoop.

I remember this show. I used to watch it as a kid.

This is overrated like heck. Please take it off.

This show really needed a third season.

Underrated?

Psh, yeah, sure, at least before it started getting 9/10 and 10/10 review scores at least 90% of the way across the entire board on T.V..com and was treated as a full-on adult show despite very clearly being a family show

Am I the only one who doesn't find this show disturbing? I don't watch it very much now, but it was one of my childhood shows

People are just stupid and had no child hood so they don't like the underrared shows.which I wsih people apreciated these shows.
