Honestly, I'm not saying he's the best but come on, he isn't that bad. Paul Blart Mall Cop and Grown Ups, again not the best but they weren't horrible.
They were just your average comedy, and they made me and most likely hundreds of thousands other people chuckle, or better yet straight up laugh... And really that's all this list really comes down to.

Amazing actor... He is so funny should be in the top ten at least.
