61 Lorraine Ellison
62 Jhene Aiko Jhene Aiko Jhené Aiko Efuru Chilombo, known as Jhené Aiko or Jhené, is an American singer and songwriter from Los Angeles, California.

I can't stand this computerized voice!

She is amazing best vocals deserves so much higher

Much much higher

She sounds like a cat in heat. hate her.

63 Tamar Braxton

Tamar may seem to do extra in her singing but trust in believe that Bae can bodie any song she please to.

64 Fontella Bass
65 Amerie Amerie Ameriie Mi Marie Rogers, known professionally as Amerie, is an American recording artist, record producer and actress. She debuted in 2002 with the highly acclaimed debut album All I Have.

One of the most talented woman on the planet yet she barely gets any credit. She has her own original style of R&B that can't be topped. #GOAT

66 Dusty Springfield Dusty Springfield Mary Isobel Catherine Bernadette O'Brien, known professionally as Dusty Springfield, was an English pop singer and record producer whose career extended from the late 1950s to the 1990s.

The greatest white exponent of Soul & RnB. Her Son Of A Preacher Man classic is still as popular today as it was in 1969

Love Dusty Springfield! Her voice separates her from the pack.

Deep soulful singing from this great classic.

67 Natalie Cole Natalie Cole

This incredible singer is music's most diverse singer. She can belt out a song like I Can't Say No and I'm Catching Hell, and then get tender on a song such as Someone That I Used to Love. She has covered everything from Pop to Espanol. Unlike her contemporaries, Ms. Cole is not afraid to experiment with different genres...she doesn't follow the latest trends just for a HIT record, she records music with beautiful lyrics and sounds. Not to mention, she has written some good songs as well including the beautiful jazzy flavored gem "La Costa". Don't sleep on this lady, she is incredible!

Superb talent. One of the top 10 singers of all time.

Best of the Best!

71 Rochelle Fleming
72 Selena Selena Selena Quintanilla-Pérez was an American singer, songwriter, spokesperson, actress, and fashion designer.

She deserves so much more than she got... Great!

Should be higher she sings well

73 Tamia

Talk about UNDERRATED... She sounds exactly like her songs live. This woman is truly incredible. It's funny how the most deserving never get praise and notoriety they deserve!

I love me some Tamia she is one of the most love underrated R&B Singers of the 90's decade. I had once lifetime opportunity to see her in Concert back in 2012 in Columbus, OH at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium and she can truly sing. true talent is very hard to find and she sounds like herself on her Albums, hands down one of the best in R&B. I believe Tamia should join the reality show R&B Divas LA with Chante Moore, and all the other divas in the future.

74 Tinashe Tinashe Tinashe Jorgenson Kachingwe, known professionally as Tinashe, is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer, actress and former model.

With tinashe it's more that she's artist, but she's not a very good vocalist, her voice doesn't sound good for r&b. - RnBLover

"Incredibly talented and the future of this genre"
Lord, I hope not, or I'm gonna have to find another genre. Lol. - NicoleJohnnyLutherBrianFan

The greatest female music artist of the mid 20th century. Better than Whitney!

76 Kehlani Kehlani

Meh...she's not that special - RnBLover

Probably the only promising "new" female r&b singer. Not tinashe, not sevyn streeter, not Jhené Aiko, Kahlani! K. Michelle is good too but she isn't really that new anymore. - NicoleJohnnyLutherBrianFan

77 Vesta Williams

Did not get the props she deserved! Great vocalist.
