102 Angie Stone Angie Stone

In my opinion she is a true Soul/Neo Singer who is featured on a reality series R&B Divas Atlanta.

How could you leave her off!

This woman is so talented and awesome! She does not get the props that she deserves... Beautiful voice..

Most people would probably categorize her under jazz, but as an r&b singer she is pretty incredible. She is an all around captivating vocalist, and very talented as well.

107 Jordin Sparks Jordin Sparks Jordin Brianna Sparks is an American singer, songwriter and actress. In 2007, she rose to fame after winning the sixth season of American Idol; at age 17, she became the youngest winner in the series' history.

She is so underrated. She deserves to be in top 10

112 Donna Summer
113 Paula DeAnda

Okay...she's not an amazing singer or anything, but her songs are cool and pretty catchy, she doesn't have a bad voice like rihanna or anything but not a strong powerful voice, but I think if people like May, Ciara, and Aaliyah can make it so high on the list then Paula should be at least in the top 100.

114 Jessie J Jessie J Jessica Ellen Cornish, better known by her stage name Jessie J, is an English singer and songwriter. Born and raised in London, she began her career on stage, aged 11, with a role in the West End musical Whistle Down the Wind.
115 Leona Lewis Leona Lewis Leona Louise Lewis is a British singer, songwriter and animal welfare campaigner. She was born and raised in the London Borough of Islington, London, England where she attended the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology.
116 Stacy Lattisaw

She made an album with Johnny Gill, so already you should know that this lady is a good r&b singer! - NicoleJohnnyLutherBrianFan

117 Beverley Knight
118 Lil' Mo
119 Nicole Wray
120 Angela Bofill

This amazing artist could interpret an R&B or jazz lyric as easily as a leaf wafts on a gentle breeze with a tone that was as clean and pure as the driven snow. When she was felled by two strokes (in 2006 & 2007, respectively), the second one permanently robbed Angela of her ability to sing; & the world lost the voice of an angel. At least her recordings remain so that we may be able to continue to enjoy her magnificent gift for generations to come. - SusieQ1218
