21 Communication Breakdown - Led Zeppelin V 2 Comments
22 Pour Some Sugar On Me

This song doesn't need any reason to be on One. And for god's sake Metallica is NOT a hard Rock Band.

Bands like bon jovi are simply overrated

23 For Those About to Rock (We Salute You) - AC/DC

Gotta be on the top 5 of their best song. Rick on AC/DC

24 Barracuda

This song is essential of hard rock, and also rock n' roll. In my opinion it deserves to 1st place, but in top 5 it have to be.

Great song for a great band, Wilson sister will be in top 10

Kick ass rock song in every way. What's missing?

25 Stranglehold (Ted Nugent)

The top 10, besides the first two, should be renamed the most overrated rock songs of all time. THIS is a rock song. It starts with a killer riff, moves to two verses, then we get a classic Uncle Ted solo that builds to the final verse.

26 No One Like You

One of the best hard rock songs of the early 80's. A simple strong riff from Rudolph Schenker. The thrilling gigantic solo of Mr. Matthias Jabs. The perfect catchy melody and the unmistakable vocals of Klaus Meine. A rhythm section which is hard as a rock(F. Bucholtz - H. Rarebel). And of course the excellent production of the master Dieter Dierks. Scorpions at one of their career's high moments. It should be much higher on this list

27 Burn It to the Ground

Just listen to it.

28 Paranoid
29 Dr. Feelgood - Mötley Crüe Dr. Feelgood - Mötley Crüe
30 November Rain - Guns N Roses November Rain - Guns N Roses

21! Can't believe my eyes I searched it just to see this song in top ten. Its an aammmazing song axl on piano with soulfull vocal and slash's guitar... I can't express my fellings for the song. You can say this song is my turning point in piano and singing carrie just love this song. The is also very beautifull with a preety bride and handsome groom...

31 Crazy Train

Dude this song ruled the roost when ozzy released "the blizzard of ozz" I am so surprised that it is at 29! Can you imagine? Ozzy Osbourne's one of the greatest hits... Man-top ten at least!

32 Highway To Hell

When I think of a hard rock riff that I want to play in my head, its always this one. Its just THE classic riff. And if you crank up the opening bars, I defy anyone hearing it not to get a buzz through their bones.

The best thing ever happend in my life is this song,
Best of bon scott
Best riff of all time

Really gets you into the song!

This one just gets better with time!

35 All Along the Watchtower
36 Baba O'Riley - The Who Baba O'Riley - The Who

I both agree and disagree with somekindo fag uy. Yes it has some classical part. But it's hard rock too. Hard rock is a slower and harder version of average rock music. This song has some distorted power-chord riffs. And the drum beats are also hard rock. The drumming features rapid uses of crash cymbal. It usually indicates of hard rock. John Bonham for example. - zxm

Nope, it's not hard rock. Hard Rock isn't based on classical, but this song totally is. It's art rock! - somekindofaguy

Partial hard rock. The first strumming of this song was hard rock, but the faster those become, more punk it became. - zxm
