How is this amazing human being so low on this list? He is the mastermind behind The Wall, Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, and almost every Pink Floyd album in between. He has written some of the greatest lyrics of all time. - Doom
How can he be below David Gilmour?
Gilmour was an amazing guitarist but listen to the stuff Floyd released after waters left. Waters wrote most of Dark side of the moon and the wall by himself and that shows an amazing creative mind. I agree that 22 is about where he should be but I disagree 28th who is above him and he physically can't be below Gilmour
