Gilmour was an amazing guitarist but listen to the stuff Floyd released after waters left. Waters wrote most of Dark side of the moon and the wall by himself and that shows an amazing creative mind. I agree that 22 is about where he should be but I disagree 28th who is above him and he physically can't be below Gilmour
