87 Joseph Stalin Joseph Stalin Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin was a Georgian dictator, and was the leader of the Soviet Union from the mid-1920s until his death in 1953. Holding the post of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, he was effectively the dictator of the state.

How is he on this list? He's killed more people than any other world dictator!

There's one more guy who has killed more people than stalin. So called Islamic prophet Mohammed.

He built the Soviet Union in to an industrialized superpower and challenged American hegemony. Improved living standards for hundreds of millions of people.

While this may be surprising to some Stalin holds A place for a few reasons, The first and foremost is Proving the Socialism Can and does Provide the means to advance as a nation. Not only did he take the Soviet Union to the Heights of a World Super Power But he Did in the shortest time anyone on the planet has ever seen. He also Led his Nation to victory against what many thought to be an invincible army of Fascists. Adolph Hitler thought he could steamroll the peoples revolution and spread Nazism, He was wrong. - De_Pone

89 Tim Tebow Tim Tebow Timothy Richard Tebow is an American professional baseball outfielder in the New York Mets organization and a former professional American football player in the National Football League.

In a time when being openly religious is signing up to be prosecuted this man on a national stage has refused to be bullied by the media and spends so much time and money doing charity. Not to mention he's a hero to us Broncos fans.

90 William Shakespeare William Shakespeare William Shakespeare was an English poet, playwright, and actor, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world's pre-eminent dramatist.

346? 346?
How do Jerry Springer, PewDiePie, Marzia, Kobe Bryant, Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, Robert Downey Jr. , Angelina Jolie and Dolly Parton beat Shakespeare? I'm fine with modern day celebrities, but they have to influence the future. 100 years from now, will anyone remember PewDiePie or Kim Kardashian? Probably not. Shakespeare, however, has stood the test of time. His plays influenced the entire world, and none of these people who I have listed can ever come close to that. I think it's sad that there are people who would call a PewDiePie video, a Lady Gaga song or a Kobe Bryant dunk better than anything Shakespeare did. He is, truly, one of the greatest people ever, and I will gladly debate with anyone who disagrees.

Greatest of freedom fighters. Had he got even little support from other leaders that time he would have done wonders. We would have got freedom at least 10, years before without the tragedy followed by partition

96 Pope Francis Pope Francis Pope Francis is the 266th and current Pope of the Roman Catholic Church, a title he holds ex officio as Bishop of Rome, and Sovereign of the Vatican City.

Yes, Pope Francis definitely needs to be moved up. This man is doing the wonderful mission of turning the Church's message back to one of love and away from hate and discrimination. I've always thought of the Bible as being a book of love, but the way some Christians have been acting in the U.S., I was starting to wonder if I was right.

Stands up for doing something about climate change and protection of the environment despite the "big money" political pressures against His stance. As expected from the Pope, his actions are driven by a profound understanding of the Bible and God's will.

The rich guy's mansion, I mean.
