The Contenders

11 John Cena Vs Randy Orton

This has been a Rivalry for as long as they've been in the WWE and Before as well! - Curti2594

12 Sting vs Hulk Hogan
13 Kane vs. The Undertaker
14 CM Punk vs. John Cena

Throughout the 'summer of punk' in 2011, I was more excited then I ever have since starting to watch wrestling in 2004. The matches were amazing, the matches were 5-star and it was a perfect blend of old school/new era. I cannot believe this isn't higher, as the complexity, longevity and awesomeness of this never-ending feud really brought a lot of people back to wrestling.

The Dynamic of this rivalry is that Cena is the Superman of the WWE while CM Punk is Batman. Cena may have had more intense rivalries with Orton & Edge, but Punk has that conflicting personality to Cena that makes it feel more authentic. When Punk & Cena were both faces in 2011 it had a Hogan/Savage type of rivalry that was not seen too often. In 2012 when Punk feuded with Cena as Top Heel it developed into a Hogan/Piper rivalry. Maybe someday Punk & Cena can complete the trifecta with Cena being the Top Heel and Punk as the Top Face to make a Rock/Austin typeof rivalry.

15 The Undertaker vs. Mankind

Do you remember their Hell in a Cell match were Mankind was tossed off the cage through a table?

16 Rock and Roll Express vs Midnight Express

Greatest tag team rivalry from 87' to 89'.

17 Randy Savage vs. Ricky Steamboat

Their match at Wrestlemania 3 was arguably the best of all time.

21 A.J. Styles vs Christopher Daniels

List of times faced each other one on one:Against all odds 2005 30 minute iron man match, Final Resolution 2009, Destination X 2011, Impact Wrestling on Spike September 1st 2011, - jared5

22 Goldberg vs Brock Lesnar

If the WWE would have done it right, these two should have traded the belt back and forth for a decade or so. No other wrestlers over that era were in the same ball park with either.

Michael P.S. hayes and Terry "Bam Bam" Gordy started a war that lasted nearly 5 years when they got involved in a world title match between Kerry Von Erich and Ric Flair in a cage.
