HOW is this song all the way back here?
Why is this not in the top ten? OH my gosh, so much emotion behind it... The piano is so amazing that it feels like its new every time.
This is one of my favorite songs and it really got me into 70s music. - gamingfoeealzs
The 70s saw so many great hits, but this is easily one of the most memorable, recognizable songs.
I'm amazed it's so low on the list. It's powerfully emotional and should be at least in the top 20.

Elton John should be all over this list!
One of the greatest song writers who ever existed.
One of the most inspirational songs.
This song shows us that although vincent suffered with mental illness we must not remember this in his legacy but look at the beauty he created even though he suffered with an illness. He was a misunderstood soul who believed that living in this world was no longer worth it. He must respect and honor his beauty. We thank Don McLean for giving us clear insight into the life of this troubled soul.
Wonderful song Shadow dancing, Andy Gibb, was an excellent singer and composer, he wrote and sang wonderful songs, this is one of my favorites of him
There are a lot of Supertramp songs so much better than this one...!
