He is also one of the most talented quarterbacks in NFL history, hands down the top Packers player of the decade.

2 Clay Matthews William Clay Matthews III is an American football outside linebacker for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.

Matthews was a force at the beginning of his career, nearly winning Defensive Player of the Year in 2010. He played in Green Bay from 2009-2018, covering most of the decade as well. He is a six-time Pro Bowler and has made multiple All-Pro teams while playing both outside and inside linebacker. He is also the Packers' all-time sack leader.

3 Jordy Nelson Jordy Ray Nelson is a former American football wide receiver of the National Football League. Nelson was drafted in the 2nd round as the 36th overall pick to the Green Bay Packers in 2008.

Nelson played in Green Bay from 2008 to 2017, spending the majority of the decade with the Packers. He was Aaron Rodgers' favorite target on the team for a long time, earning a Pro Bowl nod in 2014 and becoming a Packers legend.
