PackFan2005
I’m a Packer fan, what do you expect from me? Of course I had to make this list. And I’ll do it whenever they win or lose. Anyway, we’re looking at the top ten best Green Bay Packers players of Week 1, 2018.

The Top Ten

1 Aaron Rodgers Aaron Rodgers Aaron Charles Rodgers is an American football quarterback for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.

He’s a baaad man. Watch out, because even on one leg, he can pull off the greatest of comebacks. What other quarterback could’ve thrown for three touchdowns in the fourth quarter on one leg? Okay, possibly Tom Brady, but that’s about it. - PackFan2005

2 Randall Cobb Randall Cobb Randall Ladonald Cobb II is an American football wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.

We got to see vintage Cobb on Sunday, where he had 142 receiving yards, including a 72 yard touchdown. His game made me wonder why we even considered trading him. We need Cobb just as much as Davante Adams. - PackFan2005

3 Kentrell Brice

Brice has proved so far that Josh Jones’ absence isn’t a big deal. The safety had good coverage throughout and garnered his first career sack. I like what I’m seeing from him. - PackFan2005

4 Davante Adams Davante Adams Davante Lavell Adams is an American football wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.

He, along with Cobb and Allison, played a key role in this game, especially with his 50 yard catch and the touchdown. He is Green Bay’s clear cut number one receiver. - PackFan2005

5 Nick Perry Nick Perry

Perry was the man with the game ending strip sack of Mitchell Trubisky on fourth down. He’s looking just as good as he’s always been, and will be a key player this season. - PackFan2005

6 Reggie Gilbert

You may ask who this is. Well, I think he’s Clay Matthews’ future replacement. While Clay had a horrendous game, Gilbert, the 2016 UDFA, was key here. He covered Tarik Cohen in the end zone, which eliminated a target for Mitchell Trubisky. Without him, Green Bay could very well have lost that game. - PackFan2005

7 Geronimo Allison

He was one of Green Bay’s three receivers with a touchdown against the Bears. Allison showed that he truly is Green Bay’s needed third receiver, and is making the loss of Jordy Nelson a lesser deal. - PackFan2005

8 Kenny Clark Kenny Clark

Give him some credit for getting at the quarterback, stopping the run, and recovering the ball after Nick Perry’s strip sack. - PackFan2005

9 Joshua Jackson

One of the rookie cornerbacks, he had a game in week 1 where he went largely unnoticed. - PackFan2005

10 Jaire Alexander

Another of the rookie corners who wasn’t noticed as much for his good game. - PackFan2005
