Top Ten Best Green Bay Packers Players of Week 2, 2018

A tie? Seriously? I don’t blame Clay Matthews, just the refs. Anyway, despite the blunder, Green Bay still had standout players, and we’ll look at them here. We’re looking at the top ten best Green Bay Packers players of Week 2, 2018.
The Top Ten
1 Kenny Clark

He deserves to be on the list for his performance. Constantly pressuring Kirk Cousins, stopping the run, and even managing a sack.

2 Geronimo Allison

If this is a sneak preview of what’s yet to come for Allison, then I’m excited. He managed over 50 receiving yards, which may seem low, but he’s a number three receiver. He also blocked a punt in the first quarter that was taken in for a touchdown. Things are looking up for the former UDFA.

3 Mason Crosby

Sure, he missed a potential game winning kick in the last five seconds of the game, but it wasn’t his fault. He also tied his career high five field goals in one game. Impressive for the experienced veteran. I can’t say the same for Daniel Carlson.

4 Aaron Rodgers Aaron Charles Rodgers is an American football quarterback for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.

His performance didn’t seem like much compared to what Patrick Mahomes and Kirk Cousins did in Week 2, but managing a touchdown and 200+ yards against the league’s number one defense with an injured knee is no easy task. While Rodgers has lost some of his mobility, I expect an improvement against a sub-par Redskins defense next week.

5 Jimmy Graham Jimmy Graham is an American football tight end for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League.
6 Jaire Alexander

Alexander had yet another great game, with key tackles and what would’ve been an interception, if not for a bull crap flag. He has plenty of upside.

7 Davante Adams Davante Lavell Adams is an American football wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.

He was the source of the Packers lone offensive touchdown, and produced the most of their receivers. I like where he’s going.

8 JK Scott

He deserves a spot on the list because of just how well he played. He was a steady holder, and made a few big punts. One went for 62 yards and it felt like it hung in the air forever. The rookie has tons of potential.

9 Joshua Jackson

Not only was his coverage good, but he was the one who recovered Geronimo Allison’s blocked punt and returned it for a touchdown. I’m glad he got to enjoy his first Lambeau Leap.

10 Blake Martinez

Martinez was kind of overlooked, but had a good game all and all.
