3 Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter

The best of the Friday’s! Old, rugged look, has best Jason! Sorry Kane, he’s my second favorite in part 7. Love the story and cast! Just a overly underrated movie!

Come on, Crispin Glover and Corey Haim, that’s big for an 80’s slasher film.

4 Freddy vs Jason

It was OK but not great! Too much of a Scooby-Doo theme! Jason was way too tall, why not bring Kane Hodder back? He was the best Jason, only had bad story lines! I rate it 8th of the twelve Friday’s made!

5 Nightmare On Elm Street (1984)

6 A Nightmare On Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors
7 Friday the 13th (2009)
8 Friday the 13th, Part VI: Jason Lives
9 Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers

4 was way better than 5, Danielle Harris who starred in both, said so! I tend to agree with her. Some strange man shows up mysteriously and frees Michael at the end. Stupid! And they kill Rachel off in first 20 minutes, even dumber! No direction at all!

10 Friday the 13th (1980)

This movie deserves way more credit than it gets! When people first saw the movie, before anybody had a chance of telling them, no one predicted it would be a 50 something year old woman killing everybody! Ok, the acting was average at best but it was good enough to get the point across! The score was legendary and the kills were awesome, in a time before CGI. I hear people complaining about hair styles, clothes, outdated words they used and no technology. Come on, it was 1980, get over it! People will be saying the same things about today’s movies in 30-40 years. It was low budget and still made loads of money! I would definitely rank it top 40 all time in horror!
