Red Hot chili Peppers Pearl Jam and Nirvana are all considered hard rock bands who also did grunge (nirvana, Pearl Jam) and RHCP played funk rock and funk metal all of those subgenres are considered hard rock even metal and grunge sorry to break it you learn you're facts before posting lol
