He's pretty similar to Mario when using a Metal Cap, but instead of being a transformation, Metal Mario is his own character. Hardest! He was the last cahracter I unlocked, you have to win first place in 150cc Special Cup!
Seriously!? He is the easiest character in the game, just get in first place in all cups in any class, ANY CLASS! Which could mean 50cc too! All the other haracters you have to win a cup in 150cc! It's objectively the easiest!

This should be #1. I have tried a million times to beat the 150cc Leaf Cup and unlock Wiggler, but I have failed every time because the CPUs hit me with unlimited items.
