Hardest Parkour and Free Running Moves

No matter how hard it is, I want to try it, and I hope that I would do it.

If you're talking on straight ground, double front flips are basically impossible without a handspring or some kind of boost.

One of the storm freerun guys pulls this off at about 0:52 in their London Is Burning video. Gorgeous, sexy, incredible. I can't even imagine doing this.
