Well it's been just a little over a month since Omar al-Bashir, former president of Sudan got overthrown in a coup d'etat. That's one dictator off the list of world's dictators. He's considered one of the most brutal and oppressive dictators of all time, one of the most hated. Who are the most hated dictators so far of the 2010s decade though? Find out in this list.
