Top Ten High Fantasy Movies

"High fantasy" is defined as fantasy that is set in a world or universe that is entirely fictional, rather than the "real world" or some form of it (Harry Potter isn't "high fantasy" fiction because it takes place on Earth). It is worth noting, however, that a story that features Earth as a secondary location (or a location of which the main story is being told or narrated) can still be classified as "high fantasy". This list compiles the greatest motion pictures that classify themselves as "high fantasy". Wow. I typed "high fantasy" a lot.
