By twisted, I don't mean simply dark or simply crazy - the beats must be both at the same time. They must sound straightforward psychotic. Dangerously insane.

It's solely about the beats, any lead vocals, whether rapped or sung, shouldn't be taken into account when adding a song. What does count however are voice samples from other songs, distorted vocals in the background, choirs, etc., as long as they are clearly interpolated into the beat, and not part of the lead vocals.
