Not because of her look or her flirtious apperance to her outfit, but it's also because of her PERSONALITY. If you look at her, you can tell that she is the Goddess have many abilities to the light element and that she is a Goddess of Light, a kindhearted, benevolent, kind, playful, mischeivious and sassy goddess have considered to be a hotter goddess on the series of Kid Icarus.

She has appeared as a playable character in Super Mario 3D World for the Nintendo Wii U in 2013 and is a playable character in the Mario Kart series and Mario Party series. She also has come into Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS as a part of the large character roster.
Princess Peach is a major character in the Mario Bros. Franchise. She is the lead female of the The Mario franchise. She is usually the character who needs saved in most Mario Games, but also has appeared as a playable character in the Main-Series Mario Games, including Super Mario 3D World, Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Run, and even starred in her own game, Super Princess Peach for the Nintendo DS. She has appeared in many spinoff series, too, including Mario and Sonic Olympic Games, the Mario Kart series, the Mario Party series, Mario Sports Games, the Super Smash Bros. Series, and many more. The thing that is hot about her is that she have a highly exposure to her lovable beauty because of the way she looks like in the games. Her blonde hair with the crown is shiny, her lovable face with her pink lipstick to her lips and the blue eyes with a black mascara is really hypnotizing and her symbolization to her pink gown is royal and have a lot of finesse to her place. Also, being girly doesn't have to be always to dress like a girl, it's to have some action and adventures with some of the people who are you to reach your horizon and that's what Peach did in Super Mario 3D World to her adventurous path. Also, if it's about the fanarts, then yeah, I can tell it's quite different to the scale.

Robin is a character in Fire Emblem Awakening, which was developed by Intelligent Systems and Nintendo SPD and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS, and as one of three main protagonists of the game, serving as the deuteragonist. However, I wouldn't call her hot at all. The female version of Robin has been one of my favorite female protagonists in video games. I would have to call her beautiful in terms of clothing and through her appearance in the games. The customization options in Awakening tries to make her like she want to fight for the honor of the village. She is determined, friendly, proud and quite helpful in her own path with Lucina, Lissa, Chrom and the other swordsmans. But if you want my opinion, if you are taking the ideology to the game counterpart to Awakening and Smash 4/Ultimate, I would have to disagree. Unless there is a mod to fix that. But if you are talking about fan-arts, then yes, I would say that. But in general, Robin is just beautiful in the design from FE and Smash games.
