Top 10 Houston Rockets Players Going Into 2019-20

Houston has had an interesting offseason most notably getting Mr Triple Double in Russell Westbrook. A guy who wants just as much ball possession as Harden. In return Chris Paul is gone. This could either be a boom or bust. If all goes well they could challenge for the championship
The Top Ten
1 James Harden James Edward Harden, Jr. is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association.

Who else would it be? Harden is an MVP caliber player and has had his best season since 2016. This is a guy who can go out and get you 30 points on a nightly basis.

Definitely the Best Player on this roster. Nobody else is on his level.

Yeah it has to be James Harden.

2 Russell Westbrook Russell Westbrook Jr. is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association.

Another good offensive playmaker this is a guy who can get a triple double and get you 20-30 points a night. One of the best players in the league and now he’s on a real team and not carrying OKC.

3 Clint Capela Clint N'Dumba-Capela is a Swiss professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association.

Last year he had a career year for Houston. Right now he’s in the middle of a 5 year 90 million dollar contract. Can he build off last year and form a deadly trio with Harden and Westbrook?

4 Eric Gordon Eric Ambrose Gordon Jr. is an American professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association.

A decent enough player who can make big plays. He will be a free agent after this season however. Can he finish this season strong?

5 Tyson Chandler Tyson Cleotis Chandler is an American professional basketball player for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association.

A decent shooter on a one year contract with the Rockets. He’s had a bit of a downward trend but he’s been with the Suns which could explain why. Can he get back to 2014 form even with him being 36? Or will it be time for him to retire?

6 Austin Rivers

Currently on a 2 year contract. Had some decent stats with Houston and could expand those numbers in 2019-20

7 P.J. Tucker

PJ Tucker is a huge part of why the rockets have been so good lately. A major defensive presence for a team with not many defensive players

8 Kenneth Faried Kenneth Bernard Faried Lewis is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association. He played center at Morehead State University, where he was named Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year twice and an All-American in 2011.

Last year he had his overall best season since 2013. With him becoming a free agent soon can he expand his numbers as he turns 30?

9 Gerald Green Gerald Green is an American professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association.
10 Nene Hilario Nenê is a Brazilian professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association. His birth name was Maybyner Rodney Hilário, but he legally changed it to Nenê in 2003.

He’s 36 and had a down year but with him becoming a free agent soon can he still prove himself or will it be time for him to retire?
