A habit or an obsession is a hard thing to overcome. It can be anything, from watching TV too long, eating unhealthy food, getting into fights, nail biting, anything - Everyone has different obsessions. Of course, neither of them is a bad thing, but when you get too obsessed, it can become something. So why not take a break from it, better yet try to overcome it?
