Top 10 Most Inappropriate Kids Shows

We all know kids will watch anything on T.V., but here are some shows that are not even kid friendly once you think about it.
The Top Ten
1 Sanjay and Craig Sanjay and Craig is an American animated comedy television series that aired on Nickelodeon from May 25, 2013, to July 29, 2016, for three seasons and 60 episodes. The series is about a 12-year-old boy named Sanjay Patel who owns a talking pet snake named Craig.

How the hell does Common Sense Media (CSM) think this show is appropriate for 9-year-olds? Say what you want about the original Ren and Stimpy (NOT the Adult Party Cartoon, CSM thinks the original show's iffy for 13-year-olds) and Rocko's Modern Life (CSM thinks it's appropriate for 11-year-olds), but this show makes the new SpongeBob episodes look like Sesame Street! I honestly think The Simpsons is more appropriate for kids than this show! I saw The Mysterious Mr. Enter's review on the episode "Fart Baby" and the episode was all about the lamest fart and pregnancy jokes I have ever seen. The Arnold Schwarzenegger movie Junior was funnier than this! If this is what kids nowadays love watching, I have seriously lost hope in all of humanity.

2 Breadwinners Breadwinners is an American animated television series created by Gary "Doodles" DiRaffaele and Steve Borst for Nickelodeon.

The series was originally conceived as an animated short from DiRaffaele's efficiency apartment in Studio City, Los Angeles along with Borst. The two had previously met... read more

It was between Sanjay and Craig and this trash. At least Craig is fairly entertaining (Sanjay is a stupid brat), but these two frog-looking ducks are the absolute pits! This disgusting pair's back catalog should be put in an incinerator. Did someone actually get paid for dreaming up this pile of dog poo?

Oh boy, this show is absolute garbage. At least Sanjay & Craig improved over the next 2 seasons, but this abomination didn't. Also, those aren't ducks, they're green blobs that shake their butts.

The creators and Nick both need to understand that butt jokes and fart jokes aren't the way to attract viewers. Good jokes attract viewers, popularity attracts viewers.

3 The Ren & Stimpy Show The Ren & Stimpy Show, often simply referred to as Ren & Stimpy, is an American animated television series created by John Kricfalusi for Nickelodeon.

The Nickelodeon version is sort of inappropriate because it involves homosexuality and inappropriate jokes. The Adult Party Cartoon, I think, is better because I'm an adult, but it is more inappropriate. The Adult Party Cartoon is more inappropriate because it involves women in the shower and naked women's breasts. The thing that sucks is that Adult Party was cancelled in 2001 and only ran for 2-3 months.

Should NEVER have been shown at kids' hours. Too damn dark, disgusting, mean-spirited, smug, nightmarish, and the wit and "humor" were dumber than juvenile, as well as exuded a conceit that it was SO hip, SO brilliant at every level - especially its delusional creator, "Mr." Kricfalusi.

4 6teen 6teen is a Canadian animated sitcom originally produced by Nelvana, with the final season produced by Fresh TV. It premiered on November 7, 2004 on Teletoon.

This is more of an obvious example. Some of the episodes were a little bit too much for American and Cartoon Network standards, that some episodes of the series remained unaired in the US. This is due to its mild swearing and some mature themes and jokes.

It was pretty inappropriate for a kid's show, with semi-frequent sex jokes, and a little bit of swearing every now and then.

I saw some of the main characters naked.

5 Regular Show Regular Show is an American animated television series created by J. G. Quintel for Cartoon Network that premiered on September 6, 2010. The series revolves around the lives of two friends, a blue jay named Mordecai and a raccoon named Rigby—both employed as groundskeepers at a local park.

This show is stupid and is for perverts. It is bad for all ages because it involves hitting on women, which is disrespectful. The show is also inappropriate because, in the episode about solids, Rigby made Mordecai do something inappropriate and childish. This show shouldn't be on TV.

Season 1 was trying to teach kids cuss words. If you listen to the first episode "The Power" very closely, then you will understand what they were really trying to say. Other than that, the show is still far enough for kids.

6 Dora the Explorer Dora the Explorer (2000 - 2019) is an American preschool educational animated TV series created by Chris Gifford, Valerie Walsh, and Eric Weiner in which Dora goes on adventures with her friend, a monkey named Boots.

This show teaches kids to run away from home all day every day and the parents won't care, and get them in jail for child abandonment and neglect and still be happy.

She needs to go exploring for a pair of glasses. She was all like, "Where is the rainbow, do you see it?" And it was literally right in front of her!

Ever noticed that Dora the Explorer (the girl) and Internet Explorer (the web browser) take 20 minutes to do a simple thing?

7 Total Drama Island Total Drama Island is a Canadian animated television series which premiered in Canada on Teletoon on July 8, 2007 and on June 5, 2008 in the U.S.

Wow! Remember when Cartoon Network actually censored some of the lines from the original? For example, almost all of "Shut Ups" were replaced with "Shut its". Also, remember when Teletoon would display a warning about "DO NOT TRY" the extreme stunts "performed by animated teams" at the beginning of each episode? I'd say this show is more suitable for teenagers and young adults.

According to Common Sense Media, it says the show is for ages 10+ (well, that is at least their recommendation). I first knew what this show was since I was ten. I have watched a few clips from the show. There were inappropriate scenes, but I wasn't that offended or anything because at age ten, I was able to deal with puppetry and all the stuff. I was also okay with a few swearing scenes since they were bleeped out.

8 Almost Naked Animals Almost Naked Animals is a Canadian animated television series that is produced for YTV. The series premiered on January 7, 2011 on YTV.

This one was obvious. I mean, "almost naked" animals.

It teaches kids to be naked everywhere.

The name is Almost Naked Animals.

9 SpongeBob SquarePants SpongeBob SquarePants is an American animated television series created by marine biologist and animator the late Stephen Hillenburg for Nickelodeon. SpongeBob is currently the most popular show on Nickelodeon, as well as the longest running show, running for 23 years, and is beginning its 13th season... read more

This is probably the most inappropriate animated kids' show ever made. If you are 20 years old or younger, you will find this show very enjoyable. If you are much older, you will think that SpongeBob SquarePants is a very inappropriate kids' show. It has some of the dirtiest jokes and the most inappropriate messages and movements ever in kids' show history.

Older SpongeBob episodes contain dirty jokes that kids didn't understand, believing they were just quirky aspects of the show. For example, there is a scene where there's a strange-looking balloon SpongeBob has, and another where SpongeBob is caught watching sea-themed adult content. Do you see that as appropriate for a kids' show? You kids don't understand anything about SpongeBob! This should be in the top fives.

10 Fanboy and Chum Chum Fanboy & Chum Chum is an American 3D CGI animated television series created by Eric Robles for Nickelodeon. It is based on Fanboy, an animated short created by Robles for Nicktoons and Frederator Studios, which was broadcast August 14, 2009 to July 12, 2014 on Random! Cartoons. The series was first... read more

Disgusting and too appealing to the modern kids. It's just wrong why people like it so much.

Have you seen the episode "A Bopwork Orange?" That episode was just a little too obvious even for kids.

It is inappropriate. Also, why do people like it?

The Contenders
11 Uncle Grandpa Uncle Grandpa is an American animated television series created by Peter Browngardt for Cartoon Network that premiered on the network on September 2, 2013. The series is based on Browngardt's animated short of the same name from The Cartoonstitute.

I remember in 5th grade all I heard was boys saying "Good morning!" trying to imitate Uncle Grandpa.

12 Mad MAD is an American animated sketch comedy series that aired from 2010 to 2013. Based on the humor magazine of the same name, the show features parodies of popular movies, TV shows, and other aspects of popular culture. Its rapid-fire delivery and wide array of comedy styles have made it a hit among... read more

All this show does is make fun of other shows. It should be in the "worst TV shows" because it is dull and stupid. No wonder Cartoon Network shut it down. No offense CN, but most of your ideas for a kids show are stupid.

It was funny for older kids, but I have memories of me being five and staring at the screen thinking, "Why are the ponies trying to eat us?"

It's kinda gross, so it can be on here. But please don't trash it because I actually love MAD.

13 Nina Needs to Go "Nina Needs to Go!" is an American animated series of shorts that aired on Disney Junior, beginning in February 2014. The series follows the titular character, 4-year-old Nina, as she visits a variety of settings such as the zoo and the beach... read more

This was my favorite show until you guys snapped me out of it. So, thank y'all for 1. reasoning with me, and 2. telling me my interest in this disgusting show was from the potty scenes. But you also made me forget the show, but I do still have respect for those who love it.

Disney: "Okay, staff, what should we make a show about now?"
Disney staff: "Good idea." "Great idea." "Another great idea." "How about a show about a little girl named Nina who needs to use the restroom all the time? The plot will be her needing to go every episode!"
Disney: "YES."

14 Barney & Friends Barney & Friends is an American children's television series aimed at children from ages 1 to 8, created by Sheryl Leach and produced by HIT Entertainment. It premiered on PBS on April 6, 1992. The series features the title character Barney, a purple anthropomorphic tyrannosaurus rex who conveys educational... read more

Barney told kids that "A Stranger is a friend you haven't met". Very crazy.

Barney looks like he took steroids or something. He should go on a diet!

15 Fred: The Show Fred: The Show is an American television series, created by Lucas Cruikshank that originally aired on Nickelodeon, in the United States from January 16 to August 3, 2012. It was cancelled after the first season due to low scores.

Annoying drug user who cusses. I am glad it was canceled after 1 season.

Fred almost cusses, and makes it almost sound like cuss words.

Fred takes drugs, and so does his mom.

16 Marvin Marvin Marvin Marvin is an American science fiction slapstick comedy television series that aired from November 24, 2012 to April 27, 2013. The series stars Lucas Cruikshank as the title character Marvin Marvin, an alien teenage boy adjusting to human life.

Of course, this show is bad, not only because of how stupid this show is but because this and Fred: The Show are portrayed by literally the same person.

This alien show and character are gross and boring.

No wonder this show got cancelled. It sounds trash

17 The Three Friends and Jerry

Reboot it, put it on Adult Swim, translate the original to English for swearing (wow, Sweden allowed kids to watch swearing, maybe because Vikings came from there, didn't they swear?) and then make new episodes.

PewDiePie is from Sweden. This cartoon is from Sweden. The cartoon in Sweden had swearing. PewDiePie would've been a '90s kid. This came out in the '90s.

It was banned because Americans are prudes.

18 Caillou Caillou is a Canadian educational children's television series that was first shown on Teletoon (both English and French versions), with its first episode airing on the former channel on September 15, 1997; the show later moved to Treehouse TV, with its final episode being shown on that channel on October... read more

I grew up with Caillou. He is cute. The first season, the second season, and the third season of Caillou are better. Yes, he was a spoiled brat in the old seasons, and I understand why people hate Caillou.

The new seasons, season four and season five, are even worse. Caillou went from a spoiled rotten brat to a dumb and stupid character.

So inappropriate! This show is so stupid, and Caillou, the bald 4-year-old brat, teaches kids to throw tantrums until they get their way.

Oh my God, please don't mention this whiny sack of crap! Every time I see his face or hear his voice, I just want to strangle him!

19 AwesomenessTV AwesomenessTV is an American sketch-comedy reality series based on the YouTube channel of the same name and is created by Brian Robbins. Both seasons contain 20 episodes.

One of those bad shows that Nick decided to import from YouTube just for the money. There are lines in it that kids don't find appropriate.

20 Crayon Shin-chan Originally debuting in Japan in 1992, this anime series is an adaptation of a manga created by Yoshito Usui. The show humorously depicts the life of a cheeky boy named Shin-chan and his interactions with those around him. Notable for its satire and societal critique, the series has garnered a diverse... read more

The protagonist is rude to his family, screaming at them, and exposing his buttocks to them. Not good for learning kids.

This is actually a kids' show, but they made a dub for adults, and that's the version we got in the U.S.

Yes, this is a family show over in Japan.

21 Rocko's Modern Life Rocko's Modern Life is an American animated television series created by Joe Murray for Nickelodeon. The series centers on the surreal life of an anthropomorphic Australian-immigrant wallaby named Rocko as well as his friends: the gluttonous steer Heffer, the neurotic turtle Filburt, and Rocko's faithful... read more

"Thanks, Big Man. We've all been touched by your bigness."
-Rocko
I will never know how they got away with some of those jokes.

Rocko was working as a phone sex operator.

Choking Chicken company.

Cannot think of anymore.

22 Kappa Mickey Kappa Mikey is an American animated sitcom created by Larry Schwarz. The show is Nicktoons Network's first original half-hour series, bought during the same period as other Animation Collective series such as Three Delivery and Speed Racer: The Next Generation, as well as Flash shows from other studios,... read more

Because of the frequent fart jokes.

I saw a clip of this show of Guano (one of the characters) pooping in his diaper.

23 Sym-Bionic Titan Sym-Bionic Titan is an American animated action science fiction television series created by Genndy Tartakovsky, Bryan Andrews, and Paul Rudish for Cartoon Network.

What about that one episode where Kimmy was twerking for Octus?

24 Back at the Barnyard Back at the Barnyard is a Nickelodeon computer-animated television series that is a spin-off from the 2006 film, Barnyard.

Too many pop culture references? Expect copyright issues in the near future.

25 Looney Toons

Since apparently, this refers to the 2011 reboot... There was the episode where Daffy was looking for a job and they managed to sneak in a joke where Daffy was watching porn on Bugs' computer.

I watched it when I was 1 to 5 years old. This is an inappropriate show. This is basically too easy.

You're referring to The Looney Tunes Show, that's dirty compared to Looney Tunes.
