143 Terry Fox Terry Fox Terrance Stanley "Terry" Fox CC OD was a Canadian athlete, humanitarian, and cancer research activist.
144 Billie Joe Armstrong Billie Joe Armstrong Billie Joe Armstrong is an American musician, singer, songwriter and actor who is best known as the lead vocalist, primary songwriter, and guitarist of the punk rock band Green Day, which he co-founded with Mike Dirnt.

I don't know how Miley Cyrus is up there but, Billie is inspiring to me. He got me interested in singing and playing the guitar. He is very nice. He stopped a concert once because these teenagers some how got into a pit and nobody was letting them out. So he told the people "Hey come on, we are all here to just have a good time" and continued like nothing happened. Even with all the crazyness of being in a famous band, he still cares about every single member in the audience.
-ps Billie Joe is super sexy

I think American Idiot is a very influential recording...

Billie has not only influenced many other bands, such as Blink-182, Sum 41, The 1975, The All-American Rejects, Busted and 5SOS, but he has inspired many other people to pick up a guitar or sing, just as a hobby.

Additionally, with the release of 'American Idiot', he inspired many young people to try and understand politics. This album also inspired people to speak out and make their opinions heard, something that many people had been scared to do after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Leading thinker of the enlightenment era. Without Voltiare, we would still be living in an age without science or reason. Also a very witty man with some great quotes.

He had this idea. It was kind of a virologist idea. He believed that you could cure racism and hate... literally cure it, by injecting music and love into people's lives. When he was scheduled to perform at a peace rally, a gunman came to his house and shot him down. Two days later he walked out on that stage and sang. When they asked him why - He said, "The people, who were trying to make this world worse... are not taking a day off. How can I? Light up the darkness."
