Red hood is so good! he can act as a range, or a melee character. He uses twin pistols, a knife, throwing stars, fists, kicks, electricity, and grenades. His special move is good. In his special, he grenades them once, throws a grenade and kicks his enemy into it, lies down and shoots his airborne enemy from below. He than proceeds to hit them down and shoot them from above. He than shoots an explosive bullet to finish it off. Overall, really good character, deserves to be at east number 15.
