South America is one of my favorite continents on Earth! This list shows the most interesting countries in South America, not the most dangerous this time.

2 Colombia Colombia, officially the Republic of Colombia, is a country situated in the northwest of South America, bordered to the northwest by Panama; to the east by Venezuela and Brazil; to the south by Ecuador and Peru; and it shares maritime limits with Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Haiti.

It is close to Ecuador, sure is it interesting then!

3 Peru Peru, officially the Republic of Peru, is a country in western South America, bordered by Colombia and Ecuador to north, Brazil to east, Bolivia to south-east, Chile to south and the Pacific Ocean to the west. Peru is mostly known for being where the Inca people originally came from. The capital of Peru is Lima and lies in the western part of Peru. Most people in Peru speak Spanish, but some people here also speak Quecha and Aymara.

Yes! Of course should this be number #1! Peru is not only the most interesting country in South America, but probably the most intersting country in THE WORLD in my opinion. From the mountains of the Ands to the jungles of the Incan! Incan is so intersting, and I love jungles, they make the perfect mix! They have such an interesting culture to too! They have an amazing culture! Their native lanuage is Spanish, a pretty decent language to me. I just love Peru! Peru for the win!

4 Ecuador Ecuador, officially the Republic of Ecuador, is a representative democratic republic in northwestern South America, bordered by Colombia on the north, Peru on the east and south, and the Pacific Ocean to the west.

As dangerous as this country really is, god is it interesting! With so interesting culture, and yeah, so interesting!

I love Suriname, not only is it pretty safe there, but god is it INTERESTING! Fun fact; the name for the country Suriname originally came from the suriname indigenous people called "Surinen", I really wonder how they lived and so on. Their jungles are so beautiful, Paramaribo is one of the most beautiful capital cities in the world!

10 Paraguay Paraguay, officially the Republic of Paraguay, is a landlocked country in central South America, bordered by Argentina to the south and southwest, Brazil to the east and northeast, and Bolivia to the northwest.

I don't know why, but tehre's something about this country that really catches my interests. Maybe the flag, the culture, the history? I don't know but there's something that really catches my interests about this country.
