Lots of comedy and the characters can be jerks at times but that's what makes them so likeable. Kazuma, Aqua, Megumin and Darkness have such great chemistry together. Definitely one of the best Isekais along with Re:Zero.

My 3rd favorite anime of all time, I love that the battles rely on intellect instead of generic fight scenes. Also has great waifus and husandos!

3 Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu

What makes Re:Zero so great is the main character Subaru isn't overpowered yet he continously perseveres and endures whatever challenges are thrust at him. He's not strong physically but accomplishes so much with the help of his friends. This and Konosuba are both the best isekais ever.

This anime just hits all the right buttons for me: I love the premise and how it plays out, I love how dark and real it gets sometimes, the whole overall world is intriguing, and I adore the designs and animation of it all.
