Top 10 Joke Characters in Animated ShowsAnimated show characters that deliberately are hilariously pathetic and/or hilariously one-dimensional.
He has THE biggest ego in the entire SBSP franchise (not counting those of Squidward and Squilliam) despite being one of THE smallest, weakest and most incompetent characters in the entire SBSP franchise; even while naturally being able to (incredibly-fetish-fuelingly) sneak into the heads of other characters and then take control of their brains, he somehow STILL manages to completely botch basically every single one of his evil plans
Despite the show that he is from being extremely over-rated, you simply cannot deny the fact that Di Lung is one of THE perfect examples of a joke character; he is SO-blatantly a (shockingly accurate) Rich Asian Douchebag caricature that his stereotypical-ness somehow manages to be downright-hilariously excessive by the standards of CTCD itself, he is THE most accurate accidental celebrity parody that I have ever seen (cough, he is a total clone of RiceGum, cough), his voice actor is one of THE most fitting ones in the entire CTCD series, he is a VERY-surprisingly subtle More Evil Counterpart of Eustace, and his "watch where you're going, ya FOOL" catchphrase quite-easily is THE funniest Hypocritical Humor example (and the most quotable line, AND the best Running Gag) in the entire CTCD series
An absolutely perfect parody of the unfunny and untalented idiot that the real Tom Green is (or, at least, was); in fact, he even has the real TG as his voice actor
While Carl Wheezer basically just is Jimmy's stupid but lovable Fat Best Friend, Sheen Estevez is an utterly obnoxious hyperactive nutcase who honestly is one of the best parts of SO many of the scenes that feature him in the original Jimmy Neutron series
Just like Di Lung, TLK is an extremely offensive "China Man" caricature who is a member of a mostly "equally mocking all types of people" character cast and definitely is NOT afraid to take advantage of said fact (him building a Great Wall around South Park in order to protect said town from the Mongolians probably is the most extreme example of that so far)
He pretty-much-literally is a Looney Tunes character in said show
"I am experiencing a quite large amount of leg pain right now"
He knew that Batman would KETCHUP to him sooner or later
He is both a self-proclaimed "best character on the show" whose in-universe voice actor (Filburt) actually is quite-easily the best character in the Rocko's Modern Life series AND a surprisingly good accidental parody of Spongebob
Easily Jim's most pathetic sidekick (not counting Lower Back Pain Man and the Space Crickets)
