The Top Ten

1 SpongeBob SquarePants SpongeBob SquarePants SpongeBob SquarePants is an American animated television series created by marine biologist and animator the late Stephen Hillenburg for Nickelodeon. SpongeBob is currently the most popular show on Nickelodeon, as well as the longest running show, running for 19 years, and is beginning its 11th season. more.

I bet if they cancel it after the movie everybody would be sad and say that they would want SpongeBob back on and now people say that they should of cancel it after the movie, but I still love SpongeBob and I will always will so please keep SpongeBob on.

It Went Downhill After The Movie - Cartoonnetworkfan1990

SpongeBob had a good run, emphasis on HAD. If this show were made for adults, as it was clearly meant to be looking back on some of the humor, it would probably be better. Make this a no-holds-barred comedy series and it can hopefully continue on. Its status as a kiddie show only limits it.

The movie was a perfect conclusion, having it go on further is pointless. They didn't originally intend for a 4th season, so the episodes from that season and beyond had very little of the original staff, because they believed it ended and then moved on to other projects. - Hellagaygru

2 The Fairly OddParents The Fairly OddParents The Fairly OddParents is an American animated television series created by Butch Hartman for Nickelodeon.

The last two seasons especially - blackflower

This seasonal rot is much worse than SpongeBob's.

All because of stupid old Chloe

It originally concluded after Season 5, but after a 3 year hiatus it returned. It was a lot weaker, and it continually introduced new characters. We don't need a baby and dog and neighbor, the cast is fine as it is. - Hellagaygru

3 Teen Titans Go

Cartoon Network, WHY? You were so good at first. And then you replace the best shows in the universe with these stupid characters, they where once serious. And now you replace them with a poor excuse for a low quality T.V. show that wouldn't pay a cent if adults were the only people on earth. And what do you do next? You Make even more crappy shows! You're practically replacing good shows with these crappy cartoons! You make shows that make fun of disabled old people and children with special needs! The only good show they have is the amazing world of gumball! Also one other thing: do you even look at the Cartoon Network: YOU (when kids are able to make their own videos and the staff may put them on the commercials)?! I am %90.73 sure that these Cartoon Network shows make people just like clarence. I hope Cartoon Network crash and burns along with its stupid shows

This show didn't go downhill. Why? It was already a disgrace to the original T.V. Show.

Season 1 is good but Season 2 is awful. The characters now act like immature idiots. - EpicJake

It was already bad, but it got worse

4 Phineas and Ferb Phineas and Ferb Phineas and Ferb is an American animated comedy-musical television series. After the movie the show was pretty cool, but after then they only focus on Candace and Perry, Seriously? Why do you only make a cartoon about them?

I used to like this one, but the plot and ideas have become really pointless after the movie. I mean, can we have one episode without Perry and Candice? - Swellow

This used to be my favorite show, but it REALLY went downhill. - Minecraftcrazy530

I still like SpongeBob! This show is what is really going downhill. They had an episode about untying a knot! - RalphBob

5 Arthur Arthur Arthur is a Canadian/American animated educational television series for children, created by Cookie Jar Group and WGBH for PBS.

Even though Arthur is the best show on pbs, it started going downhill. It needs to end - EpicJake

It's a simple show with a charm to it, but if a show runs 20 years, it just starts to become more mediocre and bland. The new flash animated episodes are completely forgettable. - Hellagaygru

It's been loosing the charm for a while. This is what happens keeping a show on air for 20+ years.

It has totally gone downhill, they should stop playing new ones, please! Just replay the old ones. This show was a part Of my childhood

6 Sesame Street Sesame Street Sesame Street is a long-running American children's television series, produced by Sesame Workshop and created by Joan Ganz Cooney and Lloyd Morrisett.

If only Roosevelt Franklin was kept, then maybe things would've been different. And no, despite what people tell you, Roosevelt isn't racist. The school is NOT detention, if it was, then he wouldn't be teaching or having loads of fun.

My favorite segments were always the ones with Grover as a waiter. According to some quick research, Grover hasn't served a customer since 2012. And of course, Elmo is in the shot every other second. It's not a bad show, and they have made some great decisions as of late, like introducing Julia. But it still has way too much Elmo, and they don't give other characters the time they deserve after 50 years.

It honestly should end. It's been going on too long.

HBO ruined this show and when I say this, I don't speak for me, I speak for all of the people that were born in the last 40 years. - Drawbox

First episode - Pretend Time.

I still like this show and LOL I thought Blue was a male/boy at first.

This show went downhill because of Joe. - EpicJake

In the beginning, uggene was actually funny and him getting regected by Susan every episode was funny. Nowadays he's crap

The series follows the adventures of a boy named Finn (voiced by Jeremy Shada) and his best friend and adoptive brother Jake (voiced by John DiMaggio)—a dog with the magical power to change shape more.

This show was good until Rebecca Sugar left. Then, it just downright weird, stupid plots (At least Jake the Brick was good), and no humor. The last episode before it went downhill was BMO Lost. Then, it became extremely boring and stupid. Season 5 was the magical season when it happened. - Goatworlds

I miss when finn was worried about been a hero and bubblegum princess was cute, now Finn is a jerk worried about girlfriend and princess is a totally bitch

10 Pokemon Pokemon Pokémon, abbreviated from the Japanese title of Pocket Monsters and currently advertised in English as Pokémon: The Series, is a Japanese anime television series, which has been adapted for the international television markets.

Pokemon died after 4kids lost it

The reasons why it's downhill is because, the dub version messed it up

I watched this when I was a kid in 1999

LOL! Why wasn't this on the list yet?! Ever since BW, Pokemon has been going downhill. And things got even worse with XY! Why ruin what used to be a good kids' show? Kids would only watch this because there is nothing else good on Cartoon Network except good shows like Adventure Time, Regular Show, TAWOG, or We Bare Bears. But that's it! - ModernSpongeBobSucks

I liked the first seasons because the animation was cartoonish and it was random stuff. In seasons 6-8 they lost a lot of what made Regular Show what it was. Mordecai and Rigby looked too realistic and the show got darker plots. - Drawbox

Since season 4, they've been removing the language and innuendo. Now, the only way it's inappropriate is violence. But that's also a stretch, since they removed guns.
