This a list of the least intelligent Star Wars characters.
Jar Jar Binks is a fictional character from the Star Wars saga created by George Lucas. A major character in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, he also has a smaller role in Episode II: Attack of the Clones, and a one-line cameo in Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, and the television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
The character has earned negative reception for his voice, his clumsiness and the fact that he can't take care of himself. He has earned a reputation of being one of the most hated characters in cinema. I found it funny when he licked the electrical connector on the podracer

There are three reasons why I think this guy is retarded
1.He Doesn't realize he is helping the Empire (killing Anakin's mom) and the empire was going to kill him anyway
2.He makes donkey and mule noises
3.Timmy Turner could easily beat him in a fight

Just because you hate someone doesn't mean their stupid she's still a teenager and we mainly see her save an animal so you can't juge her itellegence yet. And same thing with Phasma just because she's hated and not seen doesn't mean she's stupid either! P.S. why is Mace Windu even on this list?
Captain Phasma is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise, portrayed by Gwendoline Christie. Introduced in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the first film in the Star Wars sequel trilogy, Phasma is the commander of the First Order's force of stormtroopers. SHE was the reason all the stormtroopers died NOT the rebellion! Finn was right about her she's heartless and she doesn't care about her troops at all which is the main reason he left. Her keeping helmet on rule is stupid and she kills a pure female trooper which is the number one flier of all the troops just because she likes Krell and because she didn't do an attack that would kill ALL of the troopers. She also shut down the ships so the troopers couldn't evacuate and so they would win by letting all of them die.
