Top 10 Lessons to Learn from Cartoons

Cartoons sometimes tend to violate the laws of physics in a comical way, for an exact representation of reality won't be interesting at all. This is a list that contains such things that only seem to happen in cartoons and not in real life.
The Top Ten
1 If run over by heavy machinery, particularly a steamroller, you will be completely flattened. You will, however, be able to pry your flattened shape from the ground by yourself and pop back into shape soon after.

Lol true. Cartoons like Tom & Jerry and Oggy and the Cockroaches are like this.

2 When running off a cliff, you will run some way in midair before stopping, looking down, and plummeting to the ground.
3 When you hit the ground after a fall from a great height, you will create a huge fog of dust and a crater in the ground that is the exact shape of your body.

This is some slapstick, Loony Tunes/Tom & Jerry level of physics right here.

Fell down many times, yet this didn't happen. Maybe I should try harder.

4 If you see someone beautiful, your pupils will turn into hearts and your heart will pump so hard it can be seen moving in and out of your chest.
5 If hit in the face with an object (e.g., an iron), your face will flatten and take on the outline of that object.
6 If you swallow an inedible object (e.g., a birdcage), your body will take on the shape of that object.
7 If a bomb explodes and you are standing near it, your entire body will be covered in black smog, but it eventually return back to normal.
8 When wishing to arrive unnoticed by burrowing underground, you will leave a trail of dirt above ground for all to see.
9 Whatever you buy or build in order to catch your opponent will not work. It is likely to malfunction and cause extensive damage to you.
10 If you are surprised, your eyes will jump out of their sockets, your feet will come away from the floor, and a trumpet will sound in the background.
The Contenders
11 If you are a predatory animal (ie Wile E Coyote, Tom, etc) you will lose to your prey in a very humiliating yet hilarious fashion
12 The amount of seriousness a person displays in any situation is constant, irrespective of how significant the situation is to the person and to others.
