Minnesota Timberwolves 2017-18 Season Preview

2storm The Timberwolves have the longest active playoff drought right now. Will it be snapped this season let's see as we dive into the Minnesota Timberwolves Season Preview.

Projected Lineup
PG Jeff Teague
SG Jimmy Butler
SF Andrew Wiggins
PF Taj Gibson
C Karl Anthony Towns

PG Tyus Jones
SG Jamal Crawford
SF Shabazz Muhammad
PF Justin Patton

What to Develop
I think Tyus Jones can be something it's just they never play him. Karl Anthony Towns just needs to Develop a little more. And I really hope this is not Andrew Wiggins ceiling.

What to do in Season
There isn't much they need to do all they need to do is win.

How they stack up against competition
The Timberwolves are now automatically in the conversation for the Championship. They stack really well against the Warriors. The all star 1st defender in Butler. He can guard Curry or Durant. They also have a dominant low post player in Towns. They also work against the Cavs mainly because they are rocking Kevin Love at center. I would fear the Thunder and Rockets because they have a good combination of big men and guards.

Predictions
It is kinda hard predicting these guys. I think they end up being the 5th seed.

Up next is The New York Knicks.

Comments

Theyll probably get around 9th seed…this team after the offseason is overrated. KAT is overrated. He's honestly a lockdown defending liability in my opinion, Mr. Antetokounmpo is the better all around player and he is not even center! The trade with Jimmy Butler was actuallly a very good trade for both Bulls and Wolves. It was definitely time they got rid of Lavine because he might have the shots and the dunks…but he is not a great playmaker and he is a bit of a ballhog, hopefully he could adapt to the Bulls. Also when they signed Teague and Gibson, they got so much hype! God, they are not even that good! I - TristGamer
