In the famous Ice Bowl game, an NFL championship game between the Packers and the Cowboys, Green Bay drove 67 yards in the final four minutes before facing third and goal with 17 seconds left down 17-14 in -16-degree weather. Starr decided to gamble Green Bay's chance at a third NFL championship in a row by going for it rather than kicking a game-tying field goal. On a play normally given to the running back, he ran the ball in the endzone for the game-winning touchdown.

2 Franco Harris Franco Harris was an American football player. He played his NFL career with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Seattle Seahawks. In the 1972 NFL Draft he was picked up by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round, the 13th selection overall.

5 Jerry Kramer

While Bart Starr scored the game-winning touchdown in the Ice Bowl, it wouldn't have been possible without a key block by guard Jerry Kramer, who blocked Jethro Pugh out of the way and allowed the Packers to win the game.

6 Jack Youngblood

Toughness was key in Jack Youngblood's career. His greatest achievement was playing the entire 1979 NFL postseason, including the Super Bowl, with a broken fibula.

7 Dave Robinson

Robinson's legacy moment happened in the 1966 NFL Championship. With the winner of the Green Bay/Dallas game going to the first Super Bowl, the Packers led 34-27. But Dallas was driving and were inside the 10-yard line. Robinson then pressured quarterback Don Meredith to throw a costly interception that led to the Packers winning the game.

9 Dave Casper

Nicknamed "Ghost", Casper's greatest play was a 42-yard reception in the 1977 AFC Divisional round against the Baltimore Colts. There, he caught an over-the-shoulder catch from Ken Stabler, This kept the Raiders drive alive for a game-tying touchdown

10 Kellen Winslow

One of the greatest tight ends to play the game, Winslow is best remembered for his incredible performance in the 1981 AFC Divisional Playoff Game against the Dolphins.
