Bullies are perfect test subjects

The government should secretly abduct them for experimentation deemed unethical
Bullies should be in 'experiment camps'
Men and women have been proven to be equally good at high-order tasks like research, politics, writing, you name it. The fact that the leading governments in the world still can't find it in them to pay them equally and recognise their achievements and their persecution astounds me.
