The character first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #3. In Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man: No Way Home, he was portrayed by Alfred Molina. The best and most iconic spider man villain ever, he is strong and has a lot of development, I think he is way better than everyone on this list, the only ones that come close are green goblin, venom and carnage. I think he is so must better than mysterio, electro, lizard, sand man and even kingpin.
Doc Ock was the best villian in the Sam Raimi trilogy he was the smartest villain in the trilogy because he redeemed himself. Doc Ock used his tentacles to finish his invention but than he saw the error of his ways and he ended up sacrificing himself to save the city and shut down the invention his character arc was amazing
