A blog post about my list + The TRUE ORDER of my list

Martin_Canine Neither is this list definite nor do I claim these are in any way the best albums of all time. But as of April 2017, at the age of 20, these 60 album (I originally wanted to write down only 50, but I couldn't leave some of them unmentioned) are the ones that I personally, subjectively love best. There are albums on this list that I know since I was a little child (the first album I ever owness is at spot 33), while I know others for a few years, and in one case, the album is so new it is only a few months old as I wrote this album. But at the moment, those albums are the ones I know by heart, albums that blew me away, or albums with whom I simply had the most fun of all. These are albums that touched me on an emotional level, albums I can identify with, albums that make me shout "woohoo" everytime I hear them, or some that simply please with their melodies and performances. Simply put: There are many, many reasons why I love them, and why I included them.

Several of the genres are contradictory. There is metal and hip-hop, folk and electronica, country and hip-hop. The 90s and 2000s dominate the list, I guess this has to do with my relatively young age, but there are also some classics on it. Some of these albums were acclaimed, others panned, you will agree with some, you'll be alienated by others. Some are famous muli-platinum winners, others are completely unknown.
But this is not your list, it's mine.

Here is my Top 60 albums list in the order I currently can identify with the most, and including year of release and genre:
