1 Seraph of the End Seraph of the End (Japanese: 終わりのセラフ Hepburn: Owari no Serafu) (also known as Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign) is a Japanese dark fantasy manga series written by Takaya Kagami and illustrated by Yamato Yamamoto with storyboards by Daisuke Furuya. It is published by Shueisha on Jump SQ and in English by Viz Media on Weekly Shonen Jump. The series is set in a world that allegedly comes to an end at the hands of a "human-made" virus, ravaging the global populace and leaving only children under the age of thirteen untouched. It is at this time that vampires emerge from the recesses of the earth, likely followed by age-old horrors of the dark thought only to be myth. A young man named ...read more.

Probably yesterday I watched it and it was amazing. The whole vampires idea was so cool and Krul Tepes is the best. TwilightKitsune likes this show more than AnimeDrawer likes Buttercup and Blink-182!

2 Puella Magi Madoka Magica Puella Magi Madoka Magica is a 2011 Japanese anime television series produced by Shaft and Aniplex, directed by Akiyuki Shinbo, written by Gen Urobuchi, music by Yuki Kajiura, opening sang by ClariS, ending by Kalafina (sometimes by the seiyuus) and original characters by Ume Aoki.

It was so amazing and I liked it so much, but I never watched it. Pretty Cure is so much better and so does Tokyo Mew Mew and Sailor Moon.

3 Rosario + Vampire Premiering in 2008, this anime series is adapted from a manga by Akihisa Ikeda. It follows a human boy who accidentally enrolls in a school for monsters and becomes involved with a vampire girl. The series is known for its romantic comedy tone and fantasy elements.

Even though I watched it, it was pretty cool because of Moka.

4 Neon Genesis Evangelion Neon Genesis Evangelion, commonly referred to as Evangelion or Eva, is a Japanese animated television series produced by Gainax and Tatsunoko Production, and directed by Hideaki Anno.

Enough said. Never watched it but I have heard of it on the internet.

5 Ouran High Host Club Debuting in 2006, this anime series is adapted from a manga by Bisco Hatori. Set in an elite academy, it focuses on a scholarship student who is mistaken for a boy and joins a host club to repay a debt. The series is well-known for its romantic comedy elements and gender-bending characters.

I need to watch full episodes of it.

6 Shiki Shiki is a horror novel by Japanese novelist Fuyumi Ono. It was originally published in two parts by Shinchosha in 1998, it was then reprinted into five parts in 2002. A manga series adapting the story, drawn by Ryu Fujisaki, was serialized in the Japanese monthly magazine Jump SQ from December 2007 to June 2011.

Like Rosario + Vampire and Seraph of the End, it had vampires in it and it was dark.

7 HeartCatch PreCure Heartcatch Precure is a Japanese anime series and the seventh series of the Pretty Cure anime franchise by Izumi Todo that premiered on February 7, 2010, replacing Fresh Pretty Cure! on its initial timeslot. The series theme is flowers, which leads to their true definitions of Hanakotoba as of the season's true scheme.

I kinda find the animation admiring, the character designs cute and likable and I never watched it.

8 Sugar Sugar Rune

An underrated anime about witches.

9 Maburaho

Another underrated anime. It was amazing and the animation was pure.

10 Black Lagoon Black Lagoon (stylized in all caps) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Rei Hiroe. It has been published in Shogakukan's seinen manga magazine Monthly Sunday Gene-X since April 2002, with its chapters collected in twelve tankōbon volumes as of August 2021. Again, enough said.
