Top 10 Characters Who Were Ranked as Second Most Evil Character of Their Franchise in Egnomac's Good to Evil Post Series
Like I did with a list I made previously of all the characters who I ranked as most evil of their franchises in my Good to Evil post series this time we will be counting down all the characters who garnered the silver medal for most evil character or group of characters of their franchise not quite evil enough to rank as number 1 but evil enough to rank second to last.
Freeza (Pronounced "Frieza" in the Funimation dub) is fictional character in the Dragon Ball series by Akira Toriyama as the primary antagonist of the Freeza Saga. He is a galactic tyrant who governs the Planet Trade Organization and is feared by the universe for his sadistic and brutal nature. He is the series's most personal and significant antagonist, being responsible for many of the series' events, most notably Goku's transformation into a Super Saiyan. Almost ranked Frieza as most evil but Kid Buu took the top spot, Frieza is ruthless and will not hesitate to kill anyone who stands in his way and his goal of obtaining the dragon balls on Namek to wish for immortality Frieza doesn't flinch at hurting innocent people and won't hesitate to kill his own men if they fail him.
Big Worm is the psychotic neighborhood drug supplier whose ruthless and threatens to kill those who sell for him if they don't pay him back like with Smokey who has been smocking his stuff rather then selling it and makes it very clear to him that if he doesn't pay back his money by 10 P.M. that night he's going to kill him and Craig when Smokey fails to pay up he sends his crew to try and kill the two for him.
The one who created the Banana Splits animatronics and what places him in second place is while he wasn't the one who programmed the Banana Splits to go on a murderous rampage he doesn't seem to care that their going around killing people and kidnapping children to be their audience for their show and feels that their actions were justified.
He's the host of the Twisted Metal contest in which contestants take part in a deadly demolition derby where players attempt to kill off the other contestants where the winner receives any wish they desire the problem more often then not most winners wishes end up backfiring horribly on them with some of them ending up dead though with others wishes he has no problem helping that individual exact revenge against those who wronged them which usually results in him helping them kill that person not a good person at all.
A cruel puppeteer who sees Pinocchio as nothing more then a means of making money by forcing Pinocchio to perform in order to make him lots of money and once Pinocchio is washed up he plans to chop him into firewood, he keep Pinocchio locked up in a cage and threatens to get physically violent with him if he doesn't keep quit not a good man at all and more then deserving as second most evil.
Cousin Mel's lawyer whose just as greedy and underhanded as she is who helps Mel to try and sell Grandma's store to Austin Bucks before Jake and Santa show up claiming that Grandma isn't missing and have her in his sleigh outside, this leads to Ms. Slime to kidnap Grandma so Cousin Mel can have him arrested so the two of them can sue him for everything he's worth.
He treats Hermey worst then the other elves as he constantly berates him in front of everyone when ever he falls behind in his work or skips out during elf practice and when Hermey reveals that he wants to be a dentist rather then make toys H.E. is appalled while also telling him no matter what he does he will never fit in.
One of the most recurring DuckTales villain who is always up to no good as she uses her magic powers in an attempt to steal Scrooge's number 1 dime to use for her ultimate spell.
Pristine Figg's shady lawyer and boyfriend whose character can be summed up with this one line "We got to have money!", he's greedy, underhanded and will do just about anything to achieve his goal at one point he uses a fake reward in order to get Robyn back with a 1 million dollar reward which neither him or Figg plan to give the money to who ever turns in Robyn.
Who are actually a family of spies working for S.U.S.P.E.N.S.E. in a plot to destroy all of the worlds cherries including the state of Michigan their plan nearly succeeds but are thwarted by both Lincoln and Clyde who prevented their evil scheme and before they could turn them over to the F.B.I. they escape using a peach themed smoke bomb.
Brought back to life when Trantor captures the souls of the children of Briarville who then proceed to attack the citizens and seem to have no issue trying to kill them.
Just like in the cartoon Boris and Natasha's mission in the movie is to once again eliminate moose and squirrel aka Rocky and Bullwinkle and prevent agent Karen Sympathy from stopping Fearless Leader from brainwashing millions of people using his own TV network RBTV (Really Bad Television) and will resort to any and all underhanded tactics including using the CDI machine to liquidize Rocky and Bullwinkle and sending them to the internet and both are rotten to the core which they see as a compliment.
She's the principal of the Seito Sannomiya private school who is extremely prejudice against men and shows favoritism towards the female students while showing nothing but hostility towards the male students and believes that they will never amount to anything, she hates men so much that she even refuses to hire them as teachers which prompts main protagonist Hibiki Amawa to masquerade as a woman just to get hired and along with the Vice Principal Reiko tries to force her prejudice against men towards the impressionable female students.
Not as evil as Burgermeister but still has no issues following orders and taking all of the children's toys showing absolutely no empathy for them.
Chanticleer's shady manager who looks to exploit Chanticleers talent to make lots of money and later is in cahoots with The Grand Duke of Owls who warns him that Chanticleer's friends and Edmond have come to the city to bring Chanticleer back as he captures them and uses them to blackmail Chanticleer into starring in his movie.
Dr. Dave's overbearing mother who in the final episode of the series attempts to sabotage her son and Lois's wedding day using her friends and even hires a transvestite Nikki LaPorte to pose as her son's ex girlfriend and plant evidence that her and Dave are secretly together and even after her entire scheme is exposed she doesn't feel even the least bit guilty about it.
Main villain of the sequel Ripto arrives in Avalar and attempts to takeover.
They are Ganondorf's surrogate mothers who are loyal to him and use their powers to brainwash Nabooru into serving him.
he's a pretty good character, but definitely evil until his redemption
A bounty hunter hired by Snerz to capture the Chickeraffe and will stop at nothing until he's accomplished his goal and doesn't care who he has to go through.
