The Top Ten
1 Lady Tremaine - Cinderella

As terrible a person as Lady Tremaine is she did her job as a villain well who took great pleasure in making Cinderella's life miserable ruining her any chance at happiness and she steals every scene she's in.

2 Mad Hatter and Marsh Hare - Alice in Wonderland

I couldn't choose between both so I'm putting both The Mad Hatter and the Marsh Hare who are the most memorable and iconic characters in Alice in Wonderland brought to life by Ed Wynn and Jerry Colonna who have really good chemistry together.

3 Tinker Bell - Peter Pan Tinker Bell is a fictional character from J. M. Barrie's 1904 play Peter Pan and its 1911 novelization Peter and Wendy.

Tinker Bell easily takes this spot for the best character in Peter Pan, and became iconic despite how much of a B word she was in the movie being jealous of Wendy and literally tried to have her killed though she does redeem herself in the end when she saves Peter from Hook's bomb disguised as a present from Wendy, Tinker Bell was so iconic that they literally gave her her own spin off movie series other possible choices for best character were Captain Hook and Peter Pan.

4 Maleficent - Sleeping Beauty Maleficent is the main antagonist of Disney's 1959 animated feature film Sleeping Beauty. An evil fairy, Maleficent is an incarnation of pure evil, and is responsible for all misfortune in King Stefan's kingdom.

It wasn't even a contest Maleficent is the best character in Sleeping Beauty and no other character can compare not even the fairies Maleficent is one of the most iconic Disney villains for all the right reasons being evil just for the sake of it merely using not being invited to Aurora's christening to cause havoc on the kingdom by placing a curse on Princess Aurora, Maleficent does everything she can to hinder Prince Philip and the fairies progress in saving Princess Aurora even turning into a freaking dragon.

5 Tramp - Lady and The Tramp

Picking the best character was pretty difficult but ultimate I give it to Tramp whose literally from the other side of the tracks as a carefree and rebellious stray who falls for Lady and eventually the two become romantically involved with one another though things do get rocky after Lady learns about his past with many other women Tramp has fallen for over the years regardless Tramp does help Lady take down a rat what had gotten in the babies room while a rat isn't much of a threat other then the fact that rats carry diseases, after Trap gets sent to the pound thanks to Aunt Sarah and later rescued by Trusty and Jock Tramp gives up his stray and freeloading ways and settles down with Lady.

6 Cruella De Ville - 101 Dalmatians Cruella de Vil is a fictional character who appeared in Dodie Smith's 1956 novel The Hundred and One Dalmatians, Disney's animated film adaptations 101 Dalmatians and 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure, and Disney's live-action film adaptations 101 Dalmatians and 102 Dalmatians as the main antagonist.

Once again the best character in a Disney movie is another Disney villain Cruella De Ville who really lives up to he name whose main goal of the movie is to kidnap the puppies and have them killed and be made into fashion and is dead set on accomplishing this goal no matter the cost even going as far as to chase them in her car and tries to ram the truck their in off the road.

7 Baloo - The Jungle Book 1967 Baloo is a main fictional character featured in Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book from 1894 and The Second Jungle Book from 1895. Baloo, a sloth bear, is the strict teacher of the cubs of the Seeonee wolf pack. His most challenging pupil is Mowgli. Baloo and Bagheera, a panther, save Mowgli from Shere Khan the tiger, and endeavor to teach Mowgli the Law of the Jungle in many of The Jungle Book stories.

It was vert difficult picking the absolute best from the Jungle Book as nearly all of them are memorable and really stand out but I went with Baloo laid back and free spirited who enjoys the bare necessities and forms a strong friendship with Mowgli who wants to stay in the jungle which Baloo is all for.

8 Merlin - The Sword in The Stone

Merlin easily takes this spot a wizard who looks to educate Arthur/Wart believing that he's destined for greater things then being a mere squire for his brother Kay and things really heat up when Arthur actually becomes a real squire as Merlin is outraged with the boy thinking that he's going to abandon his studies to be a mere servant for Kay when he believes he can do better, we also can't forget his wizard duel with Madam Mim managing to outsmart her in the end turning into germ to infect her.

9 Thomas O'Malley - The Aristocats

Main hero of the movie who helps Duchess and her kittens find their way home to their owner whose also voiced by Phil Harris who voiced Baloo in the Jungle Book, then later has to save them again when their Butler Edger tries to ship them off to Timbuktu and with the help of Scat Cat and his crew they were able to prevent this and shove Edger in the truck and sent to Timbuktu and eventually finds a home with Duchess and her children with their owner.

10 The Horned King - Black Cauldron

Pretty much one of the very few memorable characters from the movie and the Horned King really makes this movie being one of the darkest and scariest Disney Villains who wants to raise his undead army and unleash it on the world.

The Contenders
11 Professor Ratigan - The Great Mouse Detective

Once again another Disney villain takes the top spot of their movie Ratigan was the best part of the whole movie especially since he's voiced by Vincent Price whose just having a really good time voicing the character.

12 Robin Hood - Robin Hood

There were so many characters to consider for the best Robin Hood character and again I went with the main hero himself Robin who robs from the rich mainly Prince John and gives to the poor, while Robin can be too overconfident in himself he's still intent on helping the poor citizens in Nottingham later with Little John breaks them out of prison before being locked in the court yard and has to make a dashing escape while faced with danger around every corner.

The only movie of the Phil Harris trilogy to not have his character on the top spot

13 Dodger - Oliver & Company
14 Tigger - The Man Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
15 Bianca - The Rescuers
16 Todd and Copper - The Fox and the Hound
