The Flash is an American superhero television series developed by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Geoff Johns, airing on The CW. I never thought that I would go to become into such a huge fan of the Flash Family characters, of the Speed Force and that it would get me more into DC comics to get what made each Flashs stand out. Thanks to The Flash TV show now I know what the term "Golden Age" and "Silver Age" means, the concept of the Multiverse and the infinite number of Earths has never been so clear before watching the show or all the amazing things that can be done by super speed. I love the heart, humor and heroics of the show, the OST is so well done and it highlights so many characters and iconic moments across it's 9 years run. Amazing twists, crazy finales, many moments where this show tugged at my hearstrings. I love Barry, Cisco, Caitlin, Iris, Wally, Joe, the Wells, Jay, Allegra, Chester, Jesse Quick, Eddie and the variety of villains it introduced. The characters became my family as I watched them grow throughout the 9 wonderful seasons of the show. Truly my comfort show.
First few seasons are peak DCTV, rest is just okay. Still a good show though.

Great show in its beginnings until s4. Funny, entertaining and all. Seasons 5 et 6 were so bad that I quickly given up.

Geoff Johns delivered one of the best type of DCTV content with this passion project of his. I could tell from the trailers that this was going to be a good show that would instantly hook me, but I wasn't ready to fall so in love with all of the story arcs and all of the Earth-2 and Golden Age mythology from the JSA and just how FAR it goes. It is the best and perfect modern adaptation of these "Mystery Men" that I have seen and the themes of legacy are handled so good right from the start. This quickly went to become for me my other top favourite DC show right there with The Flash. If The Flash made Barry Allen my favourite DC hero then Courtney Whitmore is my all time favourite DC superheroine, there is no one else than Brec Bassinger who can perfectly embody this character as well as no one else that can understand the arcs of growth as a person and hero and also as a leader than her creator, Geoff Johns. Season 2 onwards is great, some of the most fun you'll have with DCTV. Great cinematography and so wacky.
