With global sales of over 75 million records, Franklin is one of the best-selling music artists from the second half of the 20th century to the present.

Totally overrated.

5 Demi Lovato Demetria Devonne "Demi" Lovato is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. After appearing on the children's television series Barney & Friends as a child, she received her breakthrough role as Mitchie Torres in the Disney Channel television film Camp Rock and its sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

None of these singers are really underrated to be honest for example Demi Lovato has a bunch of significant billboard hits "This Is Me"(9), "Here We Go Again"(15), "Skyscraper"(10), "Give Your Heart a Break"(16), "Heart Attack"(10), "Really Don't Care"(26), "Cool for the Summer"(11), "Confident"(21) and Sorry Not Sorry (6). Most of the others are even more famous. The only real reason she could be underrated is that many people don't think of her as a talented singer (which she is) but those are generally people who don't like modern pop in general.
