I don't know what weapon you main, but the only things that just won't counter N-zaps at the N-zap's range are tetra dualies, aerosprays, glooga dualies, inkbrushes, and chargers or the hydra splatling from close range. So in other words, approximately 18 ...more

It can play defensively or offensively with lots of range so it doesn’t have to worry about being overwhelmed, not to mention it has a fantastic kit of Splat Bomb and Inkstorm. It’s a low-risk high-reward weapon with essentially no weaknesses, especially if you use Ink efficiency abilities and Main Power Up to give it a higher chance of a 3-shot kill.

The Custom kit is obviously better than the vanilla DS.

It's not AS bad as the luna blaster neo from splatoon 1, but the curling bombs are basically a free pass to anywhere you wanna go, and the special is just better than the stingray. (that's an opinion, I just think the stingray laser is too slow.)

It’s extremely mobile while shooting and can easily catch up to longer ranged targets. Oh yeah, and you can also shoot players at a decent firerate for a Brella while you have a 200p shield protecting you, not to mention that the shield fully recovers instantly after getting a kill/assist!

This thing can get the shield up and back so fast it's not even funny.

Let’s be honest it takes very little skill in Ranked as it’s easy 2HKO from a good range and you don’t need to be very accurate with it

It is so easy to spawncamp with this weapon that it’s BROKEN
