Apologies to those I've overlooked or am less familiar with, though that's the best reason for others to add please. Of course, we all may have different ideas of what is "angelic", and I do not mean to imply that some I intentionally don't include are not great or even better singing voices. Best male singers is a different category/list. Song choice also comes into play here.

Not that well known outside Australia. But John Farnham has made legend status because he is the only artist that has had official number 1 in the 60's 70's 80's 90's 00's and 10's. Something that The Rolling Stones or The Beatles Paul McCartney and Cliff Richard haven't yet achieved.
