Of course, we all may have different ideas of what is "angelic", and I do not mean to imply that some I intentionally don't include are not great or even better singing voices. Best male singers is a different category/list. Song choice also comes into play here.

Not that well known outside Australia. But John Farnham has made legend status because he is the only artist that has had official number 1 in the 60's 70's 80's 90's 00's and 10's. Something that The Rolling Stones or The Beatles Paul McCartney and Cliff Richard haven't yet achieved.

His voice can be angelic and demonic, and this is the singer who does both extremely well.
The most angelic vocals I've ever heard is his outro to Heaven Denies by Demons and Wizards - gregorian chant style. He does all overlapping vocal harmonies (no other singers).
